Exclusive to Funbar! The only place in Tottori's Uradome Coast where you can see Ryujin Cave from the sea. Ryujin Cave is the largest sea cave on the San'in Coast, reaching a height of 10 meters and a depth of 150 meters. It feels like entering a mysterious cave. The San'in Coast, a UNESCO World Geopark, boasts breathtaking ocean views. A canoe trip along the naturally formed coastline will amaze and thrill you!

The Ryujin Cave Advanced Tour departs from Makiya Beach, returns to Ryujin Cave, and then continues towards Makiya Beach. Along the way, you can explore the caves and navigate narrow rock formations. Paddle your canoe leisurely across the sea. Enjoy a joyful adventure amidst the breathtaking scenery of Matsushima, known as Tottori's "Matsushima."

From the start, the scenery along the way is breathtaking, with wave-carved rocks and cliffs reaching the horizon. The ocean scenery is ever-changing, and rock caves await just ahead! Enter the caves as if searching for pirate treasure. There are also hidden spots accessible only by boat, so don't forget to take a break and play in the water!

Departing from the Nagisa Exchange Center, this is one of the most famous sea caves on the Uradome Coast. The sailing distance is approximately 5 kilometers, requiring strong stamina and experience. If the sea conditions are good, you may even be able to explore the cave!

Travel Notes

- Those who are prone to seasickness should take motion sickness medication beforehand.
- This Tottori Ryujin Cave canoeing experience is for ages 6 and older.
- The Tottori Ryujin Cave canoeing experience is recommended for those with kayaking experience. The instructor will provide English explanations of kayaking techniques and precautions.
- During the kayaking experience, you will be accompanied by your instructor in a transparent canoe. The instructor will sit behind you in a two-person canoe.
- Please wear clothing or a swimsuit that can get wet.
- If the weather is too rough on the day of your trip, the tour team will notify you by emailing you to cancel the trip. Please be sure to check this email address. In this case, a full refund will be issued.
- The Tottori Ryujin Cave canoeing experience lasts approximately 3 hours; the actual duration will depend on the conditions.
- Morning sessions start at 9:00 AM and afternoon sessions at 1:00 PM. The sunset session at 4:00 PM is only available in July, August, and September.

Cancellation Clauses

Cancellations made 7 days prior to the start of the trip will receive a full refund.

Cancellations made 4-6 days (including the 6th day) prior to the start of the trip will incur a 30% handling fee.

Cancellations made 3 days (including the 3rd day) prior to the start of the trip will not receive a refund.

Cancellations made on the start date of the trip will not receive a refund.

If the event is affected by force majeure (e.g., typhoon warnings, heavy rain alerts, etc.), the organizer will determine whether to cancel the event. A full refund may be offered, or the participant may choose to reschedule the event.

Rescheduling requests due to personal reasons will be deemed cancellations and will be handled in accordance with the cancellation policy outlined above.

If participation is terminated due to reasons not attributable to the organizer, no refund will be given.
