Travel Notes

- Those who are prone to seasickness should take motion sickness medication beforehand.
- This Tottori Rocky Coast Clear Kayak experience is open to children aged 6 and above.
- This Tottori Rocky Coast Clear Kayak experience is open to beginners, and the instructor will explain the paddling method and precautions in English.
- During the trip, the instructor will be in the same boat as the two-seater clear kayak, with the instructor sitting at the back of the boat.
- Please wear clothing or a swimsuit that can get wet.
- If the weather is too rough on the day of the tour, the tour team will notify you by email via the email you provided to cancel the tour. Please be sure to check this email address. In this case, a full refund will be issued.
- The Tottori Rocky Coast Clear Kayak experience lasts approximately 1.5 hours, and the actual duration will depend on the conditions on the day.
- Morning sessions at 09:00/11:00 and afternoon sessions at 13:00/15:00 are only available from April to October, while the sunset session at 17:00 is only available from July to September.

Cancellations made 7 days prior to the start of the trip will receive a full refund.

Cancellations made 4-6 days (including the 6th day) prior to the start of the trip will incur a 30% handling fee.

Cancellations made 3 days (including the 3rd day) prior to the start of the trip will not receive a refund.

Cancellations made on the start date of the trip will not receive a refund.

If the event is affected by force majeure (e.g., typhoon warnings, heavy rain alerts, etc.), the organizer will determine whether to cancel the event. A full refund may be offered, or the participant may choose to reschedule the event.

Rescheduling requests due to personal reasons will be deemed cancellations and will be handled in accordance with the cancellation policy outlined above.

If participation is terminated due to reasons not attributable to the organizer, no refund will be given.
