[Booking Instructions]
． The Banping River Dagui Waterfall trekking activity is suitable for children aged 6 and above. Children under 18 must be accompanied by a parent at all times.
． The Banping River Dagui Waterfall trekking route features diverse terrain and is suitable for those with outdoor experience and basic physical fitness. It is also suitable for first-time river trekking adventurers.
． Please ensure you are in good health before registering. Those with heart disease, high blood pressure, or pregnancy, who are not suitable for this experience, should not register.
． Those with acute or chronic medical conditions should consult a doctor before deciding whether to participate.
． Please provide complete participant information during the booking process. When specifying your foot size, please indicate the distance from toe to heel (cm). Those with wider feet should choose a larger shoe size for greater comfort.
． If you don't have transportation, you can purchase a shared ride from Nangang MRT Station. The shuttle typically departs at 7:30 AM. Each shuttle requires at least 4 people. If there are insufficient passengers, a refund will be issued 3 days in advance. Please find alternative transportation; this cannot be used as a reason for cancellation.

[Group Information]

． The Banping River tracing activity requires 7 people per group, with a maximum of 30. Groups with more than 30 people may depart separately. If insufficient passengers cannot depart, a rescheduling or refund will be issued at least 5 days in advance.

[Itinerary Information]

． The meeting time may be adjusted up to 30 minutes before or after the scheduled departure time due to seasonal factors, number of passengers, and service quality. Please refer to the meeting time provided in the pre-trip notification.

． Pre-trip information (meeting time and location, precautions, and the instructor's contact number) will be sent 2-3 days before the activity.

During the trek, a hearty lunch of noodles or rice balls and bread will be provided by the Banping River. Vegetarian options include egg-based and instant vegetarian options.

After the trek, changing tents will be available on site (showers are not available).

The Banping River Dagui Waterfall trekking experience may be adjusted based on the individual participant conditions and weather conditions.

If the activity has already begun, pre-trip training has been completed, and the group has departed, there will be no refunds for passengers who are unable to participate due to delays in meeting up.

Due to individual physical conditions, such as discomfort, there will be no refunds for passengers who are unable to participate or who are absent.

If the on-site instructor determines that the weather is unfavorable or safety concerns make the activity unsuitable, the activity will be canceled. Refunds will be made after deducting an insurance fee of NT$100 per person.
