If you require a stroller, wheelchair, or luggage, please ensure you accurately indicate the number and size of luggage. If a larger vehicle is required due to incorrect information during booking, any additional fees will be paid to the driver on-site. Furthermore, if a replacement vehicle is not available and the original vehicle cannot accommodate the passengers, we will not be responsible.

Cancellation Clauses

Cancellations made 14 days or more prior to the trip will be refunded, minus a TWD200 handling fee.

Cancellations made 7-13 days prior to the trip will be subject to a 60% cancellation fee.

Cancellations made on the trip day or 1-6 days prior to the trip cannot be made.

Requests for rescheduling due to personal reasons will be deemed cancellations and will be handled in accordance with the cancellation policy outlined above.

If participation is terminated due to reasons beyond the organizer's control, no refund will be given.

In the event of force majeure such as natural disasters, Tripbaa will proactively notify you of postponements or refunds.
