Tangalooma - An Island Paradise Escape
Encounter Amazing Wild Dolphins and Experience the Most Beautiful Island Charm
Just 30 kilometers offshore from Brisbane, Australia's sunshine capital, lies a beautiful dolphin home: Moreton Island, the world's third-largest sand island. Its shape resembles a bottlenose dolphin, earning it the affectionate nickname "Dolphin Island." Every evening, a pod of wild dolphins greets visitors. Tangalooma, the island's only resort, boasts rippling turquoise waters, silvery sands, and swaying palm trees. In 2006, it was awarded the title of "Australia's Purest Beach." It's also a popular holiday destination for many celebrities.
At night, pods of dolphins flock to feast on the island's delicious food. Giant whales and a variety of other marine life also happily inhabit this beautiful paradise.
