The first step to creating delicious dishes is to select the ingredients.

Follow the experts as they explore the local Vietnamese market and learn about various spices and ingredients.

Then, back at the cooking class, are you ready to explore a world of flavors with the chefs?

Start with cold salads, then move on to pho, seafood hot and sour soup, sugarcane shrimp, and more.

Every day, a different menu awaits you.

And the best part is, you can enjoy the delicious meal with your travel companions after you've finished cooking.

Instructions:

• Depart at 8:30 AM for a guided visit to a traditional market where a local chef will teach you about Vietnamese food.

• Cook your own Vietnamese dishes.

• Enjoy your creations while you admire them.

• End at 1:00 PM

Cancellation Clauses

Cancellations made 7 days prior to the start of the trip will receive a full refund.

Cancellations made 4-6 days (including the 6th day) prior to the start of the trip will incur a 30% handling fee.

Cancellations made 1-3 days (including the 3rd day) prior to the start of the trip will not receive a refund.

Cancellations made on the start date of the trip will not receive a refund.

If the event is affected by force majeure (e.g., typhoon warnings, heavy rain alerts, etc.), the organizer will determine whether to cancel the event. A refund will be issued to the original payment method after deducting necessary expenses.

Rescheduling due to personal reasons will be deemed a cancellation and will be handled in accordance with the above cancellation policy.

If participation is terminated during the event due to reasons not attributable to the organizer, no refund will be given.
