Travel Notes

╴ On the day of the charter, the driver will wait for you at your designated location for 30 minutes. If they fail to contact you after this time, they will leave.
╴ Please provide your correct passport name in English. The driver will display a sign indicating this on the day of the charter.
╴ Please provide your correct messaging software and keep it open to receive unsolicited messages. If the driver cannot find you, they will contact you.
╴ We recommend a maximum daily mileage of 250 kilometers. Long journeys will be detrimental to the trip.
╴ Charters are open between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM. Any additional 30-minute trips beyond 10 hours will be charged 1,700 yen.
╴ Any additional 30-minute trips between 8:00 PM and 10:00 PM will be charged 5,000 yen per hour. Any trips less than an hour will be rounded up to full hours and paid in cash.
╴ The maximum daily mileage limit is 250 kilometers. Any additional 50 kilometers will be charged 4,000 yen per hour, paid in cash. ╴ We provide one child seat and wheelchair at no extra charge. Please indicate your needs in the "Notes" section after placing your order. A second seat and subsequent seat will be charged 1,100 yen.
╴ Any accommodation expenses incurred by the driver due to overtime will be charged in cash at 8,000 yen per day.
╴ This product does not include highway tolls, parking fees, etc. incurred during the trip; these must be paid on-site.
╴ Please provide your hotel pick-up and drop-off addresses, as well as your planned destinations.

Cancellation Clauses

Cancellations made 7 days prior to the start of the trip will receive a full refund.

Cancellations made 4-6 days (including the 6th day) prior to the start of the trip will incur a 30% handling fee.

Cancellations made 3 days (including the 3rd day) prior to the start of the trip will not receive a refund.

Cancellations made on the start date of the trip will not receive a refund.

If the event is affected by force majeure (e.g., typhoon warnings, heavy rain alerts, etc.), the organizer will determine whether to cancel the event. A full refund may be offered, or the participant may choose to reschedule the event.

Rescheduling requests due to personal reasons will be deemed cancellations and will be handled in accordance with the cancellation policy outlined above.

If participation is terminated due to reasons not attributable to the organizer, no refund will be given.
