▲5-Day Flexible Pass (Use on any five days within 14 days of issue date)
- You don't need to specify the five-day travel dates beforehand when purchasing or redeeming your pass.
For example, if you purchase or redeem a pass issued on August 1st, you can present the pass at the station on any five days between August 1st and 14th, and the station staff will stamp it with a valid stamp for that day.
▲Unlimited free travel within the free area on limited express, rapid, and local trains, including the following Shinkansen lines.
- All JR East lines
- All Izu Kyuko lines
- All Hokuetsu Kyuko lines
- Echigo Tokimeki Railway, Naoetsu-Arai section
- All Tokyo Monorail lines
- Reserved seats on limited express ordinary cars on JR East and Tobu Railway lines that intersect with each other are as follows: "Nikko," "SPACIA Nikko," "Kinugawa," and "SPACIA Kinugawa."
- You can also ride local trains (including rapid trains) between Tobu Railway Shimo-Imaichi and Tobu Nikko, and between Tobu Railway Shimo-Imaichi and Kinugawa Onsen. Between Kurihashi and Shimo-Imaichi, you can only ride limited express trains that connect directly with Tobu Railways*.
- You can also ride JR buses within the area (excluding highway buses and some public bus routes).
Travel Notes
- Please note that this exchange voucher is an electronic ticket. Please print it clearly and bring it to Japan. Before use, you must bring your passport and this exchange voucher to a designated JR East ticket office/customer service center to exchange for a JR East Rail Pass. Exchange must be completed within three months of the issue date.
- A 5-day Flex Pass can be used on any five days within 14 days of the issue date. (Example) Passholders holding a pass valid from August 1st can use it on any five days between August 1st and August 14th. Each person can purchase only one pass per trip. (Multiple passes are permitted if the valid dates do not overlap.) Existing passholders can purchase a new pass after the expiration date of their existing pass.
- Always carry your passport when traveling by train for ticket inspection.
- Some JR East trains also operate on other companies' lines. Passengers traveling on these trains on non-JR East lines must pay the corresponding fees, calculated based on the actual distance traveled.

- Some travel service centers will be closed during the New Year holidays.
- Please note that some service centers may not be able to redeem the pass during the year-end and New Year holidays.

- Unlimited travel on JR East lines within the JR EAST PASS (Nagano & Niigata Area) valid area, as well as Shinkansen and limited express trains bound for Nagano and Niigata. Travel on JR East trains in Izu and Nikko is also permitted.
- Valid for all reserved seats on the Narita Express from Narita Airport to Tokyo and the Tokyo Monorail (Haneda Airport - JR Hamamatsucho Station). A full day of use is required.
- Note: Some JR East trains also operate on other companies' lines. Passengers traveling on these trains on non-JR East lines must pay the corresponding fares, calculated based on the actual distance traveled.

- Discounted items on this international ticket may have specific usage instructions or restrictions and cannot be combined with other discounts.
- The online discount price listed on this international ticket is not valid for purchases made with any other payment method other than online instant payment. - JR products are exchangeable vouchers. Before use, you must bring your passport and exchange voucher to a designated window to exchange for a valid ticket. Exchange must be completed within three months of the ticket issuance date. When traveling by train, you must carry your passport for ticket inspection.
