○ About the Tour Time.
Boarding and disembarkation locations cannot be changed on the departure date.
The bus departs on schedule. Please adhere strictly to the schedule and meet on time.
The company is not responsible for any compensation if arrival is delayed due to weather or traffic conditions, resulting in a shortened stay, or if you are forced to use a taxi or stay at the hotel due to a delay in your return.
Please meet at least 15 minutes before departure.
During peak tourist seasons, the location of the bus stops for boarding and disembarking may change.
The bus may be delayed due to road or weather conditions.

Bus delays may affect your ability to transfer to a company-operated bus you have reserved, or to other transportation options. Please understand that the company cannot guarantee this.

○ About Onboard Safety.
Please show the final guide (printed or on your phone) to the receptionist or crew upon boarding.
The bus you are taking does not have restrooms or luggage storage. Please understand!

Smoking is prohibited on board.

Food and drink are prohibited.

Luggage storage is not available on board. Please understand.

Please refrain from drinking alcohol or being intoxicated on board to avoid causing inconvenience to other passengers.

Please refrain from drinking alcohol on board or before boarding.

For safety reasons, we do not accept children sitting on your lap for free.

○Other Information.

If any violation of laws is detected, you will be asked to leave the tour immediately. In such cases, you will be considered to have given up.

Wheelchairs are not permitted on this tour.

No refunds will be given for cancellations on the day of your trip.
