Ngong Ping Plateau to Tung Chung Town Center, a 25-minute journey.

Voucher Information

※ Redemption method: Original voucher + valid passport

※ Redemption location: Tung Chung Cable Car Terminal. Please take the escalator directly to the travel agency ticket exchange counter.

1. One voucher per person.

2. Adults traveling with children can purchase a child ticket at the Ngong Ping Cable Car Travel Agency ticket exchange window with the adult redemption voucher. (Children's tickets are for ages 3-11.)
3. If the cable car is closed for maintenance on the day of your use, please redeem it at a later date within the valid period. No refund will be given.
4. Passengers reserve the right to inspect passports for identification purposes.
5. Please use your ticket within the valid expiration date and business hours indicated on the voucher. Any use after the expiration date will be deemed abandoned and no refund will be given.

Travel Notes

1. Infants aged 0 to 2 ride free.
*Child fares apply to children aged 3-11. Children under 12 must be accompanied by a guest aged 15 or above on the cable car, or must provide proof of age upon request.
▲Senior fares apply to Hong Kong residents aged 65 or above. Guests must present a valid Hong Kong Identity Card or Hong Kong Senior Citizen Card as proof of age.
Please present your Hong Kong Identity Card or Hong Kong Senior Citizen Card when redeeming your ticket.
Guests should note the operating hours and scheduled maintenance and repair days for various services.
Ngong Ping 360 Rules and Regulations apply. Tickets are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable. Any alterations will result in the cancellation of the ticket. Ngong Ping 360 Limited reserves the right of final decision.

Ngong Ping Cable Car Announcement: Scheduled Maintenance and Repair Dates for 2018

January 31 to February 1

Mid-May (Expected 8-day suspension, dates not yet officially announced)

Mid-September (Expected 4-day suspension, dates not yet officially announced)

Mid-November (Expected 6-day suspension, dates not yet officially announced)

Cable car service will be suspended during scheduled maintenance and repair dates, but Ngong Ping Village will remain open as usual.

※Please use your ticket on any day before the expiration date on your ticket (please see the official website for details on suspension dates). Failure to use your ticket after the expiration date will be deemed a forfeiture and no refund will be given.
