Warm-up tips: Wear warm layers with low necklines and leggings (tights cannot be replaced with two-toed socks). We recommend bringing your own heat pack or a haori for warmth.

※Hairstyling is for women only and is by reservation only. Hair accessories are not included. Hair accessories are available for purchase but not for rental.

※Makeup is light, everyday, not maiko-style. False eyelashes are not included.

※Changes to clothing can be left free of charge.

Large luggage storage: 500 yen per item per day.

※Limited to one piece per reservation.

※Suitcases, strollers, and items larger than 50cm x 40cm are considered large luggage and will incur an additional storage fee.
※ Luggage storage is no longer available after returning your items.
※ Please ensure the safekeeping of valuables, fragile items, fresh food, etc.
※ Pregnant women are not recommended to participate; a written agreement is required.
※ Perfume is prohibited. If your rental clothing becomes stained, a 5,000 yen odor removal fee will be charged to remove the odor.
※ Regarding Kimono Damage and Cleaning Fees
[Stains] For stains that are common during kimono wear, such as food stains or mud, there will be no cleaning fee. However, for irreparable stains (such as oil-based paint), a 5,000 yen fee will be charged.
[Damage] Cigarette burns, damage or holes other than sewing will incur a ¥5,000 compensation fee. Smell transfer from perfume (removal of the smell: approximately ¥5,000 compensation fee). For genuine silk items (mostly included in the Platinum plan), the compensation fee is ¥10,000.
[Note] Cigarette burns will also incur a compensation fee.
[Lost] Damage or loss of accessories and small items will incur a separate compensation fee. (Lost items: Autumn/Winter scarves and shawls ¥500, haori jacket cords ¥500, decorative cords ¥200, zori/geta sandals ¥1,000. Please inquire separately for other small items. All compensation amounts are before tax.)
