This product facilitates travel around the Shizuoka area, centered around Mount Fuji, and expands its collaboration with the Shoryudo region. Enjoy unlimited access to rail, bus, and ferry connections, take in the majestic Mount Fuji, and fully enjoy the rich tourism resources of the Shizuoka area.

Travel Notes

★Exchange within 3 months of ticket issuance
★This is an exchange voucher. Before use, you must bring your passport and exchange voucher to a designated JR Central station or some JR Central Tours branches to exchange for a full-size pass. Exchange must be completed within three months of ticket issuance. Always carry your passport with you when traveling by train for ticket inspection.
◆The pass is valid from the start date specified at the time of exchange. Once the start date is marked on the pass, it cannot be changed.
◆If the exchange voucher is lost or stolen, and you are unable to present it, you cannot exchange it.

‧This ticket cannot be exchanged for cash or change. No exchanges or refunds will be accepted for expired or torn tickets.

‧No refunds will be accepted more than 7 days after purchase.
‧Unused or redeemed tickets that have not expired will be subject to a 10% refund fee within 7 days of purchase.
‧Tickets that are physically incomplete, such as torn, dirty, creased, or marked, will not be refunded.
