[Participation Instructions]
Effective today, the following dates for the Basic Snowboarding course are fully booked and cannot be added. If you register for these dates, you will not be able to participate. If you have already participated in the Basic Skiing course or have a good foundation, you are still welcome to register.

[Meeting Instructions]
- This tour departs daily during the ski season. (Estimated departure times are December 11, 2024, to February 28, 2025, subject to official announcements from the ski resort.)
． Reservations are recommended after mid-December 2025, as the ski resort is more likely to open. Early December may not be open due to weather conditions.
- Guests participating in the one-day Snow Park tour, one-day skiing experience tour, two-day, three-day, and four-day tours will depart together.
- Children aged 3 and under 12 are charged the child rate; those aged 12 and over are charged the adult rate.
- If the itinerary or meeting time are changed, the company will notify guests by email.
- Participants must arrive at the meeting point 10 minutes early. Participants who arrive after the meeting time will not be accommodated and no refund will be given.
- Due to traffic conditions, the above itinerary may be adjusted based on on-site conditions.

[Registration Instructions]
- This tour does not include personal travel insurance. Outdoor activities involve certain risks and dangers. Guests must assess their fitness based on their health and abilities. The company assumes no responsibility for any accidents, injuries, or death caused by force majeure.
- If the tour cannot be carried out due to bad weather conditions or ski resort closures, guests will be notified in advance and arrangements will be made for a reschedule or a full refund.
- The itinerary and meal times may be adjusted based on traffic conditions. Please understand this.
- Please send your license plate number and guide contact information via text message or social media (LINE/WECHAT) the day before departure.

[Event Information]
- Snowboard and skiing departures are daily, with free board transfers.
- Basic instruction (1 hour) is a 1-hour skiing and skiing lesson offered daily from Monday to Sunday.
- Basic instruction (1 hour) is a 1-hour snowboarding lesson offered only on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. Please note that the snowboarding basic instruction (1 hour) will not be offered if your departure date falls on Tuesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays, or Sundays.
- Ski instructors can only teach 15-17 students (1:15-17).
- Private skiing and skiing lessons (2 hours) must be booked in advance. Same-day bookings are not accepted.
- Ski and snowboard clothing and equipment are required for entry to the ski resort. Children who are free and those who do not ski will need to wait outside the resort as they do not have clothing and equipment.
- The minimum ski and snowboard equipment size is 17cm (foot length), and the minimum snowboard equipment size is 21cm (foot length).

[Notes on Infant Participation]
- Children under 36 months old are free of charge.
- Free children will not be provided with meals, seats, or admission tickets.
- For shuttle bus rides of more than 1.5 hours (one-way), it is recommended to purchase a round-trip shuttle bus.
- Children under 3 years old who wish to ski can inquire with the tour guide at the resort to confirm that the minimum equipment size is suitable. If so, payment will be made on the spot.
