[Minimum 2 people/Depart from Seoul] Fairytale Swiss Village, Gangchon Rail Bike, and Garden of Morning Calm Day Trip

1. This tour is for 6 people. One infant under 3 years old can travel free of charge with every 2 adults (but not including seat, meal, and entrance fees).
2. The tour price includes all listed entrance fees, lunch, transportation, driver, and Chinese-speaking staff.
3. If attractions/restaurants charge entrance fees or meal fees for children under 3 years old, these fees will be paid on-site.
4. Each participant will receive a complimentary bottle of Korean distilled water, a simple breakfast (bread/rice ball, no selection), and a complimentary [Jeju Direct Orange Rice Cracker] (except for children under 3 years old).
5. Rail bikes are primarily designed for 4 people per bike. If you have fewer than 4 people, you must share. Requesting a 2-person bike will incur an additional KRW 12,000, and requesting a 3-person bike will incur an additional KRW 7,000. Please inform us at the time of registration; no on-site changes will be accepted.
6. The rail bike will depart from Kim Yujeong Station. If the train is full or closed, it will depart from Gyeonggang Station instead. This is entirely at the discretion of the railway company and no cancellations will be made.
7. To ensure fairness for all passengers, it is your responsibility to arrive at the meeting point on time. Latecomers will not be accommodated. If the meeting time remains unchanged, no further individual contact will be made before departure. Passengers are simply requested to arrive at the meeting point on time as originally scheduled in the itinerary.
8. If a passenger fails to arrive at the meeting point on time due to personal reasons, our staff will not be responsible for notifying or waiting for them, and no refunds will be given.
9. Special Dietary Requirements: Due to the diverse nature of Korean cuisine, most restaurants offer only one menu. Meals are pre-ordered on a centralized basis. If you have special dietary requirements, such as vegetarians or food allergies, please prepare them yourself. Please note that no refunds will be given for these dietary requirements.
10. The above times are approximate and may vary depending on traffic and weather conditions. We will depart as scheduled even if it rains. Please note that the tour will not depart until 12:00 PM.
11. Due to frequent traffic congestion in South Korea, we strongly recommend that you avoid arriving in Korea on the first day or returning to your home country on the last day to avoid missing your meeting time or flight.
12. If the tour is canceled due to inclement weather (e.g., typhoons, snowstorms) or other force majeure, we will notify you by 6:00 PM on the business day before departure and arrange for a rescheduling or refund.
13. If the meeting time is changed, our staff will contact you via WhatsApp, Line, or WeChat one to two days before departure.
14. All our tour buses are insured with the Korean government's comprehensive insurance, but we recommend that you purchase your own travel insurance for more comprehensive coverage.
