[Booking Instructions]
. Taitung Beautiful Bay Canoeing is open to: Ages 16 and older with no chronic health conditions, and those who regularly exercise are preferred.
. Wave conditions vary depending on the weather. Those who don't exercise regularly or are prone to motion sickness may find the trip tiring. We recommend considering your health before deciding whether to participate in the Taitung Beautiful Bay Canoeing experience.
. Pregnant women and those with physical conditions should not register for the canoeing experience. If you are found to be ineligible on-site, you will not be able to participate.
. After completing your reservation, please complete your height, weight, and foot measurements to facilitate the arrangement of your jellyfish suit and river trekking shoes. River trekking shoe sizes are generally based on your actual foot length. Please enter your Japanese size. Those with wider feet should choose a larger shoe size for greater comfort.
. Since the jellyfish jacket and river trekking shoes are provided in advance, please contact customer service if you have a special body type or are unsure of the requirements to avoid affecting your rights and interests in participating in the Beautiful Bay kayaking activity.
[ Itinerary Information ]
. To participate in the Beautiful Bay kayaking activity, please meet at the Taitung Fishery Security Inspection Station and then go with your instructor to the activity launch point (approximately 5-10 minutes away).
. There are no restrooms in the natural environment, preserving the natural environment. Only simple changing tents are provided on site.
. The wind and waves in the open sea are highly variable, and the Taitung Beautiful Bay kayaking is greatly affected by wind direction. The east coast is subject to the typical summer monsoon. To ensure the safety of the group, the instructor reserves the right to adjust the itinerary or return early depending on the wind and wave conditions.
. Departure is a group-in and group-out trip. Once the group has left shore, latecomers will not be allowed to embark on another trip (and no refunds will be given). Please be especially careful not to be late to avoid affecting your rights and interests.
. The tour date can be rescheduled due to weather conditions. For any unforeseen circumstances, please notify us one week in advance to reschedule or receive a refund, minus insurance and handling fees.
Please cooperate with the group during the Taitung Beautiful Bay canoeing tour. We will not be held responsible for any accidents that occur due to detachment or disobeying instructions.
Cancellation Clauses
Cancellations made 31 days prior to the start of the trip will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made 4-30 days (including the 30th day) prior to the start of the trip will incur a 30% handling fee.
Cancellations made 1-3 days (including the 3rd day) prior to the start of the trip will not receive a refund.
Cancellations made on the day of the trip will not receive a refund.
If the event is affected by force majeure (e.g., typhoon warnings, heavy rain alerts, etc.), the organizer will determine whether to cancel the event. A refund will be issued to the original payment method after deducting necessary expenses.
Rescheduling requests due to personal reasons will be deemed cancellations and will be handled in accordance with the cancellation policy outlined above.
If participation in the event is terminated due to reasons not attributable to the organizer, no refund will be given.
