Departure Times: 11:00 AM - 9:00 PM, weekdays, every hour (excluding 5:00 PM and 7:00 PM).

Route Overview: Fukuoka-Hakata Encounter Bridge - Canal City Hakata - Hakata Bay - Fukuoka-Hakata Encounter Bridge, approximately 30 minutes.

Departure time: 5:00 PM or 7:00 PM, limited to two sailings per day.
Route: Fukuoka Encounter Bridge - Canal City Hakata - BaySidePlace - Hakata Bay - Yahoo! Fukuoka Dome - Fukuoka Tower - Fukuoka Encounter Bridge, approximately 45 minutes.

Activity process

Step 1. Select the date and time you want to take the Fukuoka Water Bus and place your reservation.

Step 2. After confirming the order, the electronic voucher will be sent via email (estimated to take 2 business days, excluding Saturdays and Sundays)

Step 3. Please present your electronic voucher at the boarding area and verify your reservation name. Once verified, you can board the Fukuoka Water Bus.

Travel Notes

– Must be used on the reservation date and during the day's operating hours. Expired after the expiration date.
– Please arrive at the Fukuoka Water Bus boarding gate 5 minutes prior to boarding.
– All seats on the Fukuoka Water Bus are reserved.
– The Fukuoka Water Bus may change routes or be suspended due to weather conditions on the day of boarding.
– Once your reservation is confirmed, the platform will send you a reservation confirmation email to your designated email address within two business days (excluding Saturdays and Sundays).
– At the ferry ticket office/boarding counter, please present the order number and reservation name in the email to board the ferry.
– Infants aged 0-2 years old can board the ferry free of charge when accompanied by an adult.
– Please note:
Nakasu route departure times: 11:00 AM - 9:00 PM, excluding 5:00 PM and 7:00 PM, with departures every 30 minutes.
Hakata Bay route departure times: 5:00 PM and 7:00 PM, with only two departures per day. The Fukuoka Water Bus may not operate due to low tide or weather conditions. Please check the official website for operating conditions before departure.

Cancellation Clauses

This trip cannot be cancelled once the order and payment are completed or the application is approved.

Tenjin Central Park Boat Station (Fukuhiro Encounter Bridge) (6-6 Nishi-Nakasu, Chuo-ku, Fukuoka City, Fukuoka Prefecture)

Getting There

– Get off at Tenjin Subway Station, walk along Meiji-dori toward Hakata, and turn right at the "Water Park" boardwalk. Turn left at the first traffic light, and you'll be under the "Fukuhiro Encounter Bridge." The total walk is approximately 15 minutes.

– Get off at Nakasu-Kawabata Subway Station, walk along Meiji-dori toward Tenjin, and turn left at the "Water Park" boardwalk. Turn left at the first traffic light, and you'll be under the "Fukuhiro Encounter Bridge." The total walk is approximately 10 minutes.

– Take a Nishitetsu Bus and get off at ACROSS-mae. Walk along Meiji-dori toward Hakata, and turn right at the "Water Park" boardwalk. Turn left at the first traffic light, and you'll be under the "Fukuhiro Encounter Bridge." The total walk is approximately 8 minutes.
