Rappelling Experience on Meihua Creek in Jianshi, Hsinchu | Shuilian Cave & 15-meter Waterfall

[Booking Instructions]
． The Hsinchu Meihua Creek canyon trekking route is an entry-level canyon trekking experience suitable for the general public, even those with no canyon trekking experience are welcome.
． The rappelling and diving activities in the Hsinchu Meihua Creek canyon trekking experience are challenging, and participants can decide whether to participate. The instructor reserves the right to decide on the activities based on the participant's physical condition on the day.
． After booking, please complete the participant information in the order form, including personal insurance, height, weight, and foot length (barefoot length). Please fill in centimeters to facilitate the preparation of the complete canyon trekking equipment.
． Participants with particularly large or small builds, please inform customer service in advance.
[Group Information]
． The Hsinchu Jianshi Meihua Creek canyon trekking experience requires a minimum of 6 people. Trip confirmation will be made at least five days in advance. If the group size is insufficient, rescheduling, changing the activity, or canceling the trip may be an option.


For the Hsinchu Jianshi Meihua Creek River Tracing Experience, if the number of participants exceeds 20, you can form your own group instead of combining groups. Please contact customer service if you require this.


For safety and environmental reasons, the tour will be divided into smaller groups. Depending on the difficulty level of the activity, one instructor will not lead more than 3-5 people.


After registration, if you need to change your roster, please complete this change three days before the activity date. Changes made after this deadline will not be accepted.


[Itinerary Information]


The actual river tracing route and time will be subject to the availability of the day's activities.


During the river tracing activity, a shared waterproof bag is provided (shared by approximately 5-8 people). If you need to bring personal items into the water, please wrap them in a personal waterproof bag or two or more layers of plastic bag and place them in the shared waterproof bag. Participants will take turns carrying these items during the activity.

Instructors will assist in taking photos of the activity and make them available for download online. Instructors have the right to use these photos for publication on websites, social media platforms, or in advertisements. Please inform us in advance if you are unable to upload these photos, as this will be deemed as your consent to their publication.

Please do not bring your own camera or 3D electronics into the water if they are not waterproof.

Lunch will be a hot pot noodle dish. Please bring your own bowls and chopsticks. If you have special dietary requirements, such as vegetarians, please indicate this on the participant list and we will provide a separate meal.

During the activity, please follow the instructor's instructions. The company will not be held responsible for any unsafe behavior or detachment from the group.

Please inform us if you have any past or current medical conditions, such as dizziness, arthritis, heart disease, pregnancy or childbirth within the past year, high blood pressure, major surgery, stroke, diabetes, or any other medical conditions (for example, if you have asthma, please bring your own medication). We will make special arrangements for your individual needs. We assume no legal responsibility for any accidents that occur if you fail to inform us.

• If you feel any discomfort during the activity, please report it immediately and ask the instructor for assistance.

• In case of weather conditions, the tour will only depart after the operator confirms that the area is safe.
