■ Purchase and Usage Conditions
‧ Card payments are not accepted for standalone ticket purchases. Please pay in cash or by bank transfer. This does not apply to purchases made with a free travel package.
Spring/Summer Edition: Available from April 1, 2016, to September 30, 2016
‧ Valid from April 1, 2016, to October 31, 2016.
‧ Foreign nationals visiting Japan for sightseeing purposes with a short-term visitor visa.
‧ Japanese nationals residing overseas
‧ Guides or accompanying persons who meet the above requirements.
■ Usage Notes
‧ Each ticket can be used by only one person. Children aged 6-12 apply to child fares.
‧ Unlimited travel within the validity period and designated areas.
‧ Not valid on JR trains, airport shuttle buses, or reserved seat buses. Certain routes may also be excluded.
‧ To use your card, insert it into a ticket gate or bus automatic card reader in the direction indicated by the arrow on the card.
‧ To ride Nankai Electric Railway and Kintetsu Japan Railway's reserved seat (reserved seat) limited express trains, please purchase a limited express ticket, special ticket, or reserved seat ticket separately.
‧ To ride Rapi:t limited express trains, an additional ¥500 limited express fee must be paid.
‧ If your card becomes unusable during your journey due to magnetic defects, etc., a reissue can be made at a major station.
‧ Refunds can only be made at the agent or point of sale if your card is unused.
‧ Lost cards will not be reissued.
‧ No refunds will be given if the transportation system is not operating after you have started your ride.
‧ Improper use of your card will render it invalid and be collected. The fare will also be doubled according to the regulations of each company.
‧ If you travel beyond your valid zone, you will be required to pay an additional fare. Please report this to the station staff.
‧ Some companies require you to show the back of your ticket to the staff. Please understand this.
‧ Please pay attention to the detailed usage rules, usage range, and expiration date of your ticket.
‧ Lost or damaged tickets cannot be replaced. Please keep them in a safe place.
※One day is not calculated as a 24-hour period; it is calculated from the first bus of the day to the last bus.

■ Cancellation and Refund Information
‧This ticket cannot be exchanged for cash or change. Expired or torn tickets will not be exchanged or refunded.
‧Refunds will not be accepted after 7 days of purchase.
‧Cancellations and refunds for unused or unredeemed tickets within 7 days of purchase, and for tickets that have not expired, will be subject to a 10% refund fee.
‧Tickets that are damaged, dirty, creased, or marked will not be refunded.
