Ticket Type: Ordinary Class (Adults and Children)

(Please specify the start date of use when redeeming. Must be used within one month of the redemption date.)
■Eligible Travel Scope
• Must be exchanged for a full-size ticket at the designated JR-West Green Ticket Office within three months of the ticket issuance date. No refunds will be given after this date.
• Valid for non-reserved seats in ordinary cars on the Sanyo Shinkansen (Shin-Osaka - Hakata) within the designated section.
• Valid for non-reserved seats in ordinary cars on limited express trains, rapid trains, and local trains within the designated section.
• Valid for the Okayama Electric Bus (Okayama Station - Shin-Okayama Port).
• Valid for the Ryobi Ferry (Shin-Okayama Port - Tonosho Port, Shodoshima).
• Valid for the Shodoshima Ferry (Takamatsu Port - Tonosho Port, Shodoshima).
• Valid for the Onomichi Bus "Shimanami Cycle" Express (Onomichi Station, Shin-Onomichi Station - Imabari Station, Imabari Pier)
• Acceptable for the Ishizaki Ferry and the Seto Inland Sea Ferry "Super Jet" (Hiroshima Port - Kure Port - Matsuyama Kanko Port)
• Acceptable for the JR West Miyajima Ferry (Miyajimaguchi - Miyajima)
• Cannot use reserved seats on the Sanyo Shinkansen, nor reserved seats on super express and limited express trains within designated sections
• Cannot use conventional lines within Kyushu (Shimonoseki - Hakata)
• To use the "SL Yamaguchi," you must purchase a separate ticket and pay the reserved seat fare for an ordinary car.
■ Exchange Information
• Must exchange the exchange voucher for a full-size pass at a designated JR exchange location within three months of the voucher's issuance date.
• After exchanging for a full-size pass, it must be used within one month of the exchange date. No refunds will be given after this date.
‧When exchanging for a pass, you must specify the start date of use. The validity period is calculated based on the number of consecutive days from the start date (breaks are not allowed).
‧Main exchange locations: JR West Green Window counters at JR Kansai Airport, Shin-Osaka, Osaka, Okayama, Hiroshima, Hakata, Takamatsu, and Matsuyama stations, Warp Takamatsu branches, and Warp Matsuyama branches.
■ Important Notes
‧Once used, the pass cannot be extended or refunded due to train suspensions, delays, or other reasons.
‧The pass is for use only by the person named in it. It is not transferable to others.
‧Please always bring your passport with you when boarding for ticket inspection.
‧If the exchange certificate or pass is lost, stolen, or damaged, it cannot be reissued. Please keep it in a safe place.
‧Do not remove the sticker on the pass's backing sheet for attaching the magnetic ticket. You cannot board with only the magnetic ticket or the backing sheet.
■ Purchase Eligibility
‧Taiwanese citizens visiting Japan with a "Temporary Stay" (short-term sightseeing) status.
‧Japanese nationals are not eligible to purchase. (日本民族の方はご購入いただけません。)
■ Purchase Conditions
‧Children aged 12 and over must purchase an adult ticket. Children aged 6 and under 12 must purchase a child ticket. Children under 6 will be subject to local Japanese regulations.
■ Cancellation and Refund
‧Unused or redeemed JR Pass vouchers that have not expired can be refunded within three months of the issue date at the original issuing travel agency. A cancellation fee of 10% of the purchase price will be charged.
