JR Kyushu Rail Pass Exchange Voucher (Southern Kyushu/Kitakyushu/All Kyushu)

Usage and Restrictions
. You must exchange your exchange voucher for a full-size pass within three months of its issuance. Bring your passport and exchange voucher to a designated JR exchange location to exchange for the pass.
. When exchanging for the pass, you must specify a start date for use. The validity period is calculated based on the number of consecutive days from the start date (no break dates).
. Kitakyushu Pass Exchange Locations: JR Ticket Offices or Travel Service Centers within JR Hakata, Kokura, Mojiko, Kumamoto, Saga, Nagasaki, or Oita Stations.
. Minamikyushu Pass Exchange Locations: JR Kyushu Travel Agency branches located within JR Kagoshima-Chuo, Miyazaki, Miyazaki Airport, Kumamoto, or Kagoshima Stations.
. Exchange locations for the All Kyushu Rail Pass: JR ticket offices or tourist information centers at JR stations in Hakata, Kokura, Mojiko, Kumamoto, Saga, Nagasaki, Oita, Kagoshima-Chuo, Miyazaki, and Miyazaki Airport.

- Once used, the pass cannot be extended or refunded due to train cancellations, delays, or other reasons.
- The pass is for use only by the named individual. It is not transferable.
- Please be sure to bring your passport with you when boarding for ticket inspection.
- The exchange certificate or pass cannot be reissued if lost, stolen, or damaged. Please keep it in a safe place.

-Holding a return ticket from Japan to an overseas destination within three months

- Cancellation and Refund
． Unused or redeemed JR Pass vouchers that have not expired can be refunded within three months of the issue date at the original issuing travel agency. A cancellation fee of 10% of the purchase price will be charged.
