Travel Notes
- This Week Pass is for use only by the person in whose name it is registered. It is not transferable.
- When using the Week Pass for the first time (entering the station), you must present your passport and physical ticket at the ticket gate for verification by station staff and to register the valid start date, expiration date, and other related procedures.
- Please always bring your passport with you when boarding the train for ticket inspection by ticket officers.
- Do not insert your ticket into the automatic ticket gate; enter and exit the station through the manual ticket gates.
- If entering or exiting Shin-Osaka Station, please use the East Exit (JR West area) and avoid the Shinkansen South Exit or Shinkansen Central Exit (JR Central area).
- Tickets cannot be replaced if lost, stolen, or damaged; please keep them in a safe place.
- Once used, the validity period of the Week Pass cannot be extended or refunded due to train suspensions, delays, or other reasons.
- Tickets sold are not refundable or exchangeable. - Not valid on Shinkansen, municipal subways, buses, private railways, or the Arashiyama Sagano Troco Train (Sagano Trolley Train).
- Unlimited rides on the aforementioned JR-West trains are valid for the number of days purchased (the pass does not include seat reservations, meals, or sleeper berths).
- Not valid on the Tokaido Shinkansen (not on the Shinkansen between Shin-Osaka and Kyoto).
- Rail pass redemption locations: Kyoto, Shin-Osaka, Osaka, Sannomiya, Kansai Airport, Nara, Wakayama, Toyooka, Kinosaki Onsen, Fukuchiyama, Nishi-Maizuru, Higashi-Maizuru, Okayama, and Hiroshima Stations.
