The Japan Rail Pass, offered jointly by the six JR Group companies, is the most economical way to travel Japan by rail.

This pass is valid only for foreign travelers visiting Japan for a short period of time and meeting the following requirements. - Holders of non-Japanese passports
- Visitors to Japan for sightseeing purposes who obtained a short-term residence permit for up to 90 days upon entry

Terms of Use
- For reserved and non-reserved seats on limited express trains on all JR Shikoku and Tosa Kuroshio Railway lines, and for rides on the Iyonada Monogatari train on local trains, please purchase a separate Green Car ticket.
- For rides on the Asa Kaigan Railway, Takamatsu-Kotohira Electric Railway, Iyo Railway, and Tosaden Kotsu lines

Special fares for buses and boats!
- For a special 1,000 yen (regular price 3,600 yen), ride the "Nankoku Express" bus between Matsuyama and Kochi. Travel time between Matsuyama and Kochi is significantly reduced compared to trains, with the Matsuyama-Kochi route taking only 2 hours and 30 minutes to 3 hours. Make sure to take advantage of the "Nankoku Express" bus when traveling between Matsuyama and Kochi.

- You can board the Nankai Ferry connecting Tokushima Port and Wakayama Port for a special price of 1,400 yen (regular price 2,000 yen).

- You can board the Super Jet Ferry between Matsuyama Port and Hiroshima Port on Ishizaki Kisen and Setonaikai Kisen for a special price of 3,800 yen (regular price 7,100 yen), and the sightseeing ferry for a special price of 2,000 yen (regular price 3,600 yen).
