Travel Notes

– Please note: the 4:00 PM session is only available from July to September.
– Fun Bar will do its best to arrange for Chinese-speaking staff. If a Chinese-speaking staff member is unable to assist with translation, a Japanese instructor will provide Chinese explanation materials and provide English commentary.
– Guests with circulatory or respiratory problems, pregnant women, epilepsy, or diabetes are not permitted to participate.
– The tour will proceed if there is light rain. If the flight is unable to depart due to a typhoon or weather conditions, or if the tour is cancelled for safety reasons due to poor sea conditions, a refund will be issued.
– Please wear a swimsuit or clothing that is not susceptible to getting wet on this Okinawa marine activity day trip, and bring a change of clothes.

Cancellation Clauses

Cancellations made 7 days prior to the start of the trip will receive a full refund.

Cancellations made 4-6 days (including the 6th day) prior to the start of the trip will incur a 30% handling fee.

Cancellations made 3 days (including the 3rd day) prior to the start of the trip will not receive a refund.

Cancellations made on the start date of the trip will not receive a refund.

If the event is affected by force majeure (e.g., typhoon warnings, heavy rain alerts, etc.), the organizer will determine whether to cancel the event. A full refund may be offered, or the participant may choose to reschedule the event.

Rescheduling requests due to personal reasons will be deemed cancellations and will be handled in accordance with the cancellation policy outlined above.

If participation is terminated due to reasons not attributable to the organizer, no refund will be given.
