Travel Notes

- Orchid Island ferry: Green Island Star and Golden Star ferries. Journey time: approximately 120-150 minutes, depending on sea conditions.
- As Orchid Island ferry tickets tend to be fully booked during peak season, we recommend booking at least 14 days prior to departure for ease of arrangement.
- Please ensure you fill in your return date and sailing time in the "Departure Flight" field when booking to facilitate ferry registration. Failure to do so will result in your order being incomplete and unable to be processed.
- Ferry schedules are subject to change due to weather, sea conditions, and scheduling factors, and we will notify you in advance.
- During peak season, some return flights will visit Green Island, extending the journey by approximately 30 minutes.
- Please bring your booking ID for verification on the day of departure and be sure to check in 30 minutes prior to boarding to collect your ticket.
- The company reserves the right to cancel the trip due to adverse sea conditions or any other force majeure circumstances.

The cost includes:

- Round-trip ferry tickets from Taitung to Orchid Island

The cost does not include:

Any expenses not specified in this itinerary, any self-funded expenses or any expenses arising from the itinerary.

Cancellation Clauses

Cancellations made 7 days prior to the start of the trip will receive a full refund.

Cancellations made 4-6 days (including the 6th day) prior to the start of the trip will incur a 30% handling fee.

Cancellations made 1-3 days (including the 3rd day) prior to the start of the trip will not receive a refund.

Cancellations made on the start date of the trip will not receive a refund.

If the event is affected by force majeure (e.g., typhoon warnings, heavy rain alerts, etc.), the organizer will determine whether to cancel the event. A refund will be issued to the original payment method after deducting necessary expenses.

Rescheduling due to personal reasons will be deemed a cancellation and will be handled in accordance with the above cancellation policy.

If participation is terminated during the event due to reasons not attributable to the organizer, no refund will be given.
