[Booking Instructions]
． The Pingtung Haocha Creek River Tracing Route is recommended for participants aged 7 and above with basic physical fitness.
． After booking, please be sure to complete the participant information in the order form, including personal insurance, height, weight, and foot length (barefoot length). Please fill in centimeters (cm) to facilitate the preparation of the complete trekking equipment.
． If the Haocha Creek trekking participant is particularly large or small, please inform customer service in advance.

． Transportation is not included in the activity. After meeting up, you must provide your own transportation to the trekking destination with the instructor's vehicle. Transfers will be charged separately.
[Group Instructions]
． The Haocha Creek Yuanyang Valley river tracing experience in Pingtung is available for group tours. For groups of more than 20, we will split into smaller groups. Each instructor will lead approximately 3-7 people, depending on the difficulty level. For larger groups, please contact customer service.


After the registration deadline, if insufficient participants are available, we will notify you of a rescheduling or full refund. Please monitor your phone or email for notifications.

All safety equipment is certified by the UIAA (International Mountaineering Federation) and the EN (European Standards Committee).


A shared waterproof bag (shared by 5-10 people) is provided for the river tracing activity. If you need to bring personal items into the water, please wrap them in a personal waterproof bag or two or more layers of plastic bag and place them in the shared waterproof bag. Participants will take turns carrying these items during the activity.


The instructor will assist in taking photos of the event and make them available for download online. The instructor reserves the right to use these photos for public website, social media, and advertising purposes. Please inform us in advance of any inconvenience this may cause; otherwise, consent will be deemed to be given.

• If your personal camera is not waterproof, please do not bring it into the water.

• A large pot of noodles will be provided for lunch on the day of the event; vegetarians can also arrange for a separate meal.

• After the event, changing tents will be provided on-site for simple changing (without toilets or hairdryers).

• During the event, please follow the instructor's instructions. The company assumes no responsibility for any unsafe behavior or wandering off the team.

• Please inform us of any past or current medical conditions, such as dizziness, arthritis, heart disease, pregnancy or childbirth within the past year, high blood pressure, major surgery, stroke, diabetes, or other medical conditions (for example, if you have asthma, please bring your own medication). We will make special arrangements for your individual needs. Failure to disclose this information will result in any accidents, and we assume no legal responsibility.
