[ Booking Tips ]
★ Due to low water levels in southern Taiwan, the tour may be rerouted to a higher-flow stream. This will be announced before departure. Those who are willing can register.
★ This activity is suitable for those aged 16 and above with basic physical fitness and prior experience in river trekking or outdoor water activities.
． After booking, please complete the participant information on the order form. This includes personal insurance, height, weight, and foot length (barefoot length). Please fill in centimeters to facilitate the preparation of your complete river trekking equipment.
． Participants with particularly large or petite builds, please inform customer service in advance.
． Transportation is not included. Upon meeting up, you must provide your own transportation to the river trekking location with the instructor.
[ Tour Information ]
． The activity requires a minimum of 6 participants. The tour will be confirmed at least 5 days in advance. If the tour is cancelled due to insufficient numbers, you may choose to reschedule, change the activity, or cancel and receive a refund.
． After the registration deadline, if the tour cannot be completed due to insufficient numbers, you will be notified of the rescheduling or full refund. Please pay attention to the phone or email message.
[ Tour Information ]
． Life jackets must be worn during the activity and are prohibited from being removed. Violators will be held responsible for their own safety.
． All safety equipment used during the activity is certified by the UIAA International Mountaineering Federation and the EN European Standards Committee.
． Alcoholic beverages are prohibited.
． A large hot pot noodle dish will be provided for lunch on the day of the activity. Vegetarian options can be accommodated.
． A shared waterproof bag is provided for the activity (shared by approximately 5-8 people). If you need to bring personal items into the water, please wrap them in a personal waterproof bag or two or more layers of plastic bag and place them in the shared waterproof bag. Participants will take turns carrying these items during the river tracing activity.

Instructors will assist in taking photos of the activity and make them available for download online. Instructors have the right to use these photos for public website, social media, or advertising. Please inform us in advance if this is inconvenient; otherwise, it will be deemed your consent to such use.

Please do not bring any non-waterproof cameras into the water.

During the activity, please follow the instructor's instructions. The company is not responsible for any unsafe behavior or detachment from the group.

After the activity, changing tents will be provided on-site for simple changing (no showering and no hairdryer).

Please inform us of any past or current medical conditions, such as dizziness, arthritis, heart disease, pregnancy or childbirth within the past year, high blood pressure, major surgery, stroke, diabetes, or other medical conditions (for example, if you have asthma, please bring your own medication). We will make special arrangements for your individual needs. Failure to disclose this information will result in any accidents, and we assume no legal responsibility.
