． The Futagoyama Wild Stream Hot Springs Camping is a river traversing activity. Due to the fluctuating flow of the riverbed, you may need to walk and wade up to 16-18 kilometers each way. Please confirm your physical fitness level before signing up (10 kilometers can be completed in one hour). Those who are afraid of water are not recommended to participate.
． The Futagoyama Wild Stream Hot Springs Camping trip takes approximately 7-8 hours per trip, and you will need to cross the river 5-8 times.
． The Futagoyama Wild Stream Hot Springs Camping trip may be adjusted based on the physical fitness of all participants and the prevailing road conditions. If you cannot accept the last-minute adjustments, please reconsider your registration.
． Please ensure that you are in good health and can participate in strenuous activities. Those with heart disease, fear of heights, high blood pressure, pregnancy, or other conditions that make them unsuitable for outdoor activities, or those who are too young or physically unable to complete the trip independently, should not sign up.
． After completing the registration process, please be sure to fill in all participant information, including foot size (cm), height, and weight. Meeting times will be adjusted based on river tides. If you cannot accommodate a last-minute meeting time adjustment, please consider registering accordingly. Any changes to the itinerary will be notified as soon as possible.

Please arrive at the meeting point 5 minutes prior to departure. Latecomers, no-shows, or those who leave the group during the trip will be deemed to have forfeited their entry and will not be eligible for a refund.

The Erzi Mountain Wild Stream Hot Springs activity provides a full set of river trekking equipment. Additional rental options include down sleeping bags (resistant to -5 degrees Celsius), inflatable sleeping pads, and headlamps. See the fee information for details.

The Erzi Mountain Wild Stream Hot Springs camping activity includes meals. Vegetarian options are primarily vegetarian, and we can assist with arrangements.

A changing tent will be provided on site for changing clothes. Unfortunately, showers are difficult to find in the wild.

By participating in the tour, please agree to abide by the following rules: Do not overtake the instructor, do not take shortcuts, do not be left alone, do not overtake others, and do not litter or discard cigarette butts.

If you withdraw due to personal reasons (e.g., physical condition, etc.) and are unable to complete the tour, you will be responsible for any expenses incurred. Fees for the unfinished tour will be deemed a forfeit and will not be refunded.

Safety is the top priority of the tour. Due to natural disasters, such as typhoons, heavy rain, landslides, or the physical condition of a team member, the tour leader and guide may change the itinerary, resulting in the tour being unable to complete the entire itinerary or requiring adjustments. The decision of the tour leader and guide will be followed and no objection will be made.

If the tour cannot be completed due to a natural disaster (e.g., typhoons, heavy rain, landslides, etc.), the tour leader may make changes to the itinerary.

If any savings are made due to extra expenses, they will be returned equally to the participants upon return. If additional food and accommodation are added due to extended time or alternative transportation is used, any excess expenses will be shared by the participants. Please understand the potential dangers of river tracing activities. Accidents can result in injury or death.

You understand and agree to abide by the relevant activity regulations, follow the instructions of the tour leader and guide, pay attention to your own safety at all times, and do not endanger the safety of others. You are solely responsible for any accidental injury or death caused by personal negligence (including failure to notify the staff or tour leader due to personal discomfort).

During the activity, the instructor will assist in taking photos and provide free downloadable files. Participants must agree to the free use of the photos provided by the tour team. If you have any concerns, please inform the instructor on-site to refrain from taking photos. Voluntarily providing selfies taken during the activity to the tour team afterward will be deemed to have agreed to the free use of the photos.

If the company cancels the activity due to force majeure on the day of the activity, passengers will only be responsible for the insurance fee of $200 per person, and the remaining balance will be refunded as a refund.
