[Registration Instructions]
★Due to the Shei-Pa National Park hut requirement of two months in advance, registration for this tour is only open 65 days in advance. Thank you for your understanding.
． The minimum age requirement for this 2-day, 2-night tour to the main East Peak of the Snow Mountain is 18 years and older but under 65 years old.
． This tour will apply for 369 huts or campsites on your behalf by lottery. To ensure a smooth application process, please complete your registration immediately after booking. Failure to complete this form will result in your cancellation and cancellation fee will be charged according to the cancellation policy. Please agree to this before registering!
． Please ensure you provide an "Emergency Contact Person" in your information. This person must not be a fellow traveler. Please note that the "Mountain Climbing Experience" field requires you to fill in the name of a mountain climbed within the past two years.


Please disclose any special medical or chronic conditions so we can assess your suitability for mountain climbing and avoid any potential dangers.


Drawing Results: The final number of participants and the results of your mountain hut application will be confirmed approximately 25 days prior to departure. Please pay attention to email notifications to avoid any impact on your rights. After your lottery is confirmed, you will be provided with reminders (including a gear list and the guide's LINE group chat for advance preparation). If you are not selected or do not travel, you will be notified before the trip to reschedule or receive a full refund.


Once your snow mountain climbing application is confirmed, you cannot change your participant list. For cancellations, please refer to the cancellation policy.

This 2-day, 2-night Snow Mountain East Peak hiking tour will depart primarily at Banqiao Train Station, with optional pickup at Yilan Train Station. The actual pickup time will be notified separately. Please fill in the "Meeting Location" in your booking information for arrangement.

This tour does not include admission to Shei-Pa Wuling Farm (which has a different fee schedule). Please pay for this admission fee on-site.

Before registering, please confirm that you are in good health and suitable for mountain climbing and outdoor hiking. Those with heart conditions, fear of heights, high blood pressure, pregnancy, or other conditions that make them unsuitable for outdoor activities, or those who are too young or physically unable to complete the tour independently, should not register.

We attach great importance to the alpine environment and leaving no footprint on the forest. Littering and dumping of food waste are strictly prohibited. Please protect the beautiful forest by placing your own trash in a trash bag and bringing it down the mountain. If you disagree, please do not register.

If force majeure occurs on the day of departure, the guide reserves the right to change the itinerary and refund the tour fee after deducting necessary expenses. No refunds or extensions will be granted for personal reasons.

[Gear Rental]

Mountaineering backpacks (40L/50L, 50L recommended for men), headlamps, and trekking poles are available for rental and can be purchased upon reservation based on your needs.

Rental equipment will be provided upon meeting up on the day and must be returned at the end of the tour.

Please note! If equipment is damaged due to human error during use, compensation will be required.

[Itinerary Description]

Snow Mountain 369 Lodge is a bunk-style cabin with sponge mattresses. Sleeping mats are optional, but you can choose to bring your own. ※During the campsite change, please bring your own sleeping mat as we will be setting up tents.

The Snow Mountain East Peak climbing tour provides a service that eliminates the need to bring or carry utility items (gas, cooking utensils), provides rations (breakfast and dinner), and provides sleeping bag rental.

Lunch will be served in the mountains on both days. Please prepare your own lunch items (e.g., bread, dried meat, digestive biscuits, bacon, etc.) for easy portability and can be placed in your backpack and consumed directly.

Vegetarians will primarily use the hot pot vegetables. Please understand that mountain ingredients may be difficult to obtain.

Please arrive on time for the climbing trip. Late arrivals will be deemed as forfeiture and no refund will be given.

The mountain guide may make adjustments on the day of the activity based on group availability, weather conditions, and other factors.

During the hike, please pay attention to safety and follow the instructions of the group leader or guide. Unauthorized risk-taking and leaving the group are strictly prohibited. Due to the inherent dangers and unpredictability of outdoor activities, participants are fully responsible for their own actions and the consequences.

• During the trip, if a companion encounters a life-threatening situation, the entire group must move forward and backward together without objection. Furthermore, as a climbing group is legally considered a "community of danger," the entire group must move forward and backward together.

[Pre-trip Orientation]
Registering for this tour will include a complimentary [Proper Use of Mountaineering Equipment] Orientation and [Equipment Inspection]
a. The course time and location will be notified after successful registration and confirmation of the trip.
b. The in-person and online courses will be held simultaneously, approximately one hour long. The in-person course is located a six-minute walk from Banqiao MRT Station.
c. The course is open only to members of the registered group and is by appointment only.
