． Mosquitoes are more common at night, so wear long sleeves and long pants, or a jacket or scarf to prevent bites. You can also bring a bottle of mosquito repellent.
． Winds are unavoidable during the boat ride, and temperatures can be low at night. Those who are sensitive to cold weather are advised to bring a jacket or scarf; hats are not recommended to prevent them from being blown away by the wind.
． While viewing the eagles, fireflies, and blue tears, you are allowed to take photos and videos, but please refrain from using flash photography to avoid disturbing the environment and other passengers.
． To maintain the boat's stability, please refrain from changing seats or moving around on board.
． During the nighttime tour, you will not disembark. Please use the restroom before departure.

A child safety seat counts as one seat; if a child safety seat is used, one seat will be deducted.

We reserve the right to adjust the itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances, such as bad weather, attraction closures, or road maintenance.

Cancellation Clauses

Cancellations made 7 days prior to the start of the trip will receive a full refund.

Cancellations made 4-6 days (including the 6th day) prior to the start of the trip will incur a 30% handling fee.

Cancellations made 1-3 days (including the 3rd day) prior to the start of the trip will not receive a refund.

Cancellations made on the start date of the trip will not receive a refund.

If the event is affected by force majeure (e.g., typhoon warnings, heavy rain alerts, etc.), the organizer will determine whether to cancel the event. A refund will be issued to the original payment method after deducting necessary expenses.

Rescheduling due to personal reasons will be deemed a cancellation and will be handled in accordance with the above cancellation policy.

If participation is terminated during the event due to reasons not attributable to the organizer, no refund will be given.
