If you are traveling with luggage, please factor this into your reservation.

The number of passengers and luggage must not exceed the vehicle's capacity. If you exceed this limit, please change the vehicle type; otherwise, your order may be canceled.

A child safety seat counts as one seat; if a child safety seat is used, one seat will be deducted.

Please ensure you provide your LINE, WeChat, or WhatsApp ID in your order. The driver will contact you after 8:00 PM the day before the trip to confirm the meeting point and provide vehicle information. Please ensure you have a clear internet connection and your messaging apps are set to public and searchable settings.

The itinerary is subject to change based on availability and can be discussed with the driver.

We reserve the right to adjust the itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances, such as bad weather, attraction closures, or road maintenance.

During the Lunar New Year period, a 50% surcharge will apply.

The cost does not include:

- Meals, accommodation, insurance, attraction tickets, and other personal expenses
- Overtime charges
- Late-night surcharges

Cancellation Clauses

Cancellations made 7 days prior to the start of the trip will receive a full refund.

Cancellations made 4-6 days (including the 6th day) prior to the start of the trip will incur a 30% handling fee.

Cancellations made 1-3 days (including the 3rd day) prior to the start of the trip will not receive a refund.

Cancellations made on the start date of the trip will not receive a refund.

If the event is affected by force majeure (e.g., typhoon warnings, heavy rain alerts, etc.), the organizer will determine whether to cancel the event. A refund will be issued to the original payment method after deducting necessary expenses.

Rescheduling due to personal reasons will be deemed a cancellation and will be handled in accordance with the above cancellation policy.

If participation is terminated during the event due to reasons not attributable to the organizer, no refund will be given.
