Registration Instructions
． The age limit for the Yilan Garo Lake Hiking and Camping Tour is 18 years and older to 65 years and younger.
． This Yilan Garo Lake Hiking and Camping Tour will meet and depart at Banqiao Train Station, or you can choose to meet and pick up at Yilan Train Station. The actual pick-up time will be announced separately. Please fill in the "Meeting Location" in your reservation details for arrangement.
． Please complete your participant information as soon as possible to complete your registration. Please ensure you include your "Emergency Contact Person" in your participant information. This person cannot be a fellow participant. Please also note that the "Mountain Climbing Experience" section requires you to include "Mountains climbed within the past two years."
． Please inform us of any special medical conditions or chronic illnesses so we can assess your suitability for the hike and avoid any potential dangers.

Gear rental is also available: hiking backpacks (40L/50L, 50L recommended for men), headlamps, sleeping mats, and trekking poles. These rentals can be selected upon booking and will be provided upon meeting up on the day and returned at the end of the trip. Please note: If any equipment is damaged during use, compensation will be charged accordingly.

This trip will be confirmed within three working days after the registration deadline (14 days prior to departure) and will be notified by email. A list of required equipment and precautions for the Garo Lake hiking and camping tour will also be provided. If the group is unable to complete due to insufficient numbers, rescheduling or a full refund is available.

In the event of force majeure on the day of departure, the guide reserves the right to change the itinerary and refund the fee after deducting necessary expenses. No refunds or postponements will be granted due to personal reasons.

Itinerary Description

This trip will begin with accommodation at a Nanshan Village B&B on the first day, suitable for beginners exploring Jialuo Lake.

This Yilan Jialuo Lake Hiking and Camping Tour offers free utilities (gas, cooking utensils), communal provisions (breakfast and dinner), tents, and sleeping bags.

For vegetarians, this trip will primarily feature vegetarian dishes. Please understand that mountain ingredients may be difficult to obtain.

Please arrive on time. Late arrivals will be deemed as forfeiture and no refunds will be given.

The guide schedule for this trip is subject to change based on group availability, weather conditions, and other factors.

During the trip, please pay attention to safety and follow the instructions of the team leader or guide. Any unauthorized risky actions or leaving the group are strictly prohibited. As outdoor sports are inherently dangerous and unpredictable, participants are fully responsible for their own actions and the consequences.


If force majeure occurs on the day of departure, the guide reserves the right to change the departure schedule and refund the fee after deducting necessary expenses. If personal factors affect participation, no refunds or postponements will be granted.


If a companion encounters a life-threatening situation during the trip, the entire team will retreat together without objection. Furthermore, since mountaineering teams are legally considered a "community of risk," the entire team must retreat together.

★ Register for the Luohu camping tour and receive a complimentary 1-hour instructional session on "Proper Use of Mountaineering Equipment" and an "Equipment Inspection."

a. The course start time and location will be announced after successful registration and confirmation of your trip.

b. In-person and online classes will be held simultaneously. The in-person class is located a 6-minute walk from Banqiao MRT Station.

c. The course is open only to members of the group who registered for the event and is by appointment only.
