Night Fishing Experience in Shitiping, Hualien | Flying Fishing and Squid Fishing

- You must present your ID to board the boat (those under 12 should bring their health insurance card; foreigners should bring their passport).
- For night fishing, every two people will be assigned one fishing rod, and a hand net will be provided on the boat to assist with catching squid.
- Night fishing takes place in the open sea, where currents are strong. Constantly shaking the bait and reeling in the line to simulate the movement of real fish are essential. Most people often feel exhausted after just two casts, so generally, every two people are assigned one rod, with each team taking turns using the fishing gear, which reduces the strain.
- The amount of time required will generally depend on individual physical fitness. Getting enough sleep generally reduces seasickness, so it's recommended to take seasickness medication an hour before embarking. If you eat before sailing, keep it small and avoid overeating.
- Meals are not provided on board, but will be prepared upon return to port. Late-night snacks such as bonito porridge, squid, and dried tobiko are also available!
- Your catch can be delivered frozen to your designated location at your own expense. - This is a fishing experience. The catch depends on weather and sea conditions. Just like fishermen, there's no guarantee of a bountiful harvest every day. We encourage everyone to be open-minded and enjoy the experience to the fullest!
- Due to the ever-changing weather and sea conditions, if the captain deems it unsuitable for sailing, he will notify guests by phone.
