Travel Notes

- Sun Moon Lake Cruise Ticket + Bicycle Rental One-Day Package: Children aged 3 and over are welcome to participate, and an adult must accompany them at all times.
- Happy Bike Giant Rental Shop is open from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM to pick up your Sun Moon Lake Cruise Ticket + Bicycle Rental One-Day Package. Bikes must be returned before closing time. Overtime charges will be paid on-site.
- The cruise offers unlimited time and unlimited rides. Boarding and disembarking times are at your own discretion. It is recommended to confirm the ferry schedules on the day of departure.

Cancellation Clauses

Cancellations made at least one day before the start of the trip will receive a full refund.

Cancellations made on the day of the trip will not be refunded.

If the event is affected by force majeure (e.g., typhoon warnings, heavy rain alerts, etc.), the organizer will determine whether to cancel the event. A refund will be issued to the original payment method after deducting necessary expenses.

Rescheduling requests due to personal reasons will be deemed a cancellation and will be handled in accordance with the cancellation policy above.

If a participant cancels their participation during the event due to reasons not attributable to the organizer, no refund will be given.
