Keelung Night Fishing for Squid & Sea Fishing Experience

The Keelung Night Fishing for Small Squid is open to children aged 6 and above, and a parent must accompany the entire trip.

When booking, you can choose whether to bring a rod or not. "With a rod" provides a full set of night fishing gear and a fishing spot. "Without a rod" only provides boat accompaniment, without fishing gear or a rod.

On the day of the experience, you must arrive at the check-in counter at least 30 minutes before your scheduled departure time to complete your information and submit your ID (either ID, driver's license, or National Health Insurance Card; foreigners may bring their passport or residence permit). Otherwise, you will not be able to go fishing, and no refund will be given.

The Keelung Small Squid season typically runs from May to August, which is also the peak season for sea fishing. It is recommended to book at least 14 days in advance to avoid full availability. If the website is no longer available, please inquire with online customer service for availability.

Sea fishing catches are subject to seasonal fluctuations. You may catch smallmouth bass, hairtail, silktail, mackerel, horse mackerel, crab, and bonito, among other species. The amount of catch is largely determined by the weather, so please approach your sea fishing experience with a sense of balance. The captain will do his best to find the fish, leaving the rest to the weather. Cancellation and refunds are not permitted due to poor catches.

If the weather forecast predicts windy weather or adverse sea conditions, the captain reserves the right to cancel the trip. Notice must be given as far in advance as possible, but at the latest one day in advance. If the sea conditions are adverse on the day of departure, the captain may cancel the trip at his discretion. If agreed, rebooking will be made.
