Qingshui River is located within the mountain access control area of Tongmen Village, a beautiful mountain village in Xiulin Township, Hualien County. Travel Notes

- The guided tour of Hualan Mugu and Muyu is approximately 4 hours (actual walking time is approximately 2.5 hours).
- If Qingshui Creek access is denied, the following itinerary will be routed via Baibao Creek, Mibaibao Creek, Ji'an Canal, or Fenglin Trail, subject to change based on customer needs.
- Please bring identification for inspection.

- Walking tour and on-site commentary
- Application for a Hualien Mugu Muyu Mountain Entry Permit

The cost does not include:

- Insurance
- Meals
- Shuttle service between Mugu and Muyu, Hualien

Cancellation Clauses

Once the application is completed, no replacements will be made.

Cancellations or postponements due to personal reasons will be deemed cancellations, and the following cancellation terms will apply:

Cancellations made 15-35 days (including the 35th day) before the start of the trip will be subject to a 40% handling fee.

Cancellations made 7-14 days (including the 14th day) before the start of the trip will be subject to a 60% handling fee.

Cancellations made 3-6 days (including the 6th day) before the start of the trip will be subject to an 80% handling fee.

Cancellations made within 3 days of the start of the trip will not be refunded.

If the event is affected by force majeure (e.g., typhoon warnings, heavy rain alerts, etc.), the organizer will determine whether to cancel the event. Participants may choose to reschedule their participation or receive a refund after deducting necessary expenses.

If participation is cancelled during the event due to reasons beyond the organizer's control, no refund will be given.
