[Booking Instructions]
． The Laomei River trekking activity in Shimen, Taipei is suitable for children aged 6 and above. Children under 18 must be accompanied by a parent at all times.
． Please ensure you are in good health before registering. Those with heart disease, high blood pressure, or other serious illnesses that would make participation unsuitable should not register for the Laomei River trekking activity.
． If you have acute or chronic medical conditions, please consult your doctor before participating.
． This river trekking route offers diverse terrain and is suitable for those with outdoor experience and basic physical fitness. It is also suitable for first-time river trekking travelers.
． If you do not have transportation, you can purchase a shared ride from Nangang MRT Station. The bus usually departs at 7:30 AM. Each shuttle requires at least 4 people. If the number of passengers is insufficient, a refund will be given 3 days in advance. Please find alternative transportation. This cannot be used as a reason for cancellation.
． The Laomei River trekking activity will provide cold-weather clothing, which can be worn underneath as a swimsuit or other lightweight, quick-drying clothing.
． When booking, please provide complete participant information. When specifying your foot size, please indicate the distance from toe to heel (cm). Those with wider feet may choose to size up for greater comfort.

． The Laomei River trekking activity in Shimen, Taipei requires 7 people per group, with a maximum of 30 people. Groups exceeding the limit may depart in separate groups. If the group is unable to complete the trip due to insufficient numbers, we will generally notify you at least 5 days in advance of the scheduled date, rescheduling, or cancellation and refund.

． The meeting time may be adjusted up or down by half an hour due to seasonal factors, number of participants, and service quality. Please refer to the meeting time indicated in the pre-trip notice.


The pre-trip notice (meeting time and location, notes, and the instructor's contact number) will be sent 2-3 days prior to the activity.


During the trek, a hearty lunch of noodles or rice balls and bread will be provided by the Laomei River. Vegetarian options include egg-based and instant vegetarian options.


After the trek, changing tents will be available on site (showers are not available).


The trek may be adjusted based on the individual participant's condition and weather conditions.


If the activity has already begun, pre-trip training has been completed, and the group has departed, no refund will be given for any delay in meeting up.


Due to individual health conditions, no refund will be given for any inability to participate or absence due to illness.


After arriving at the event site on the day of the event, if the on-site team leader and coach determines that the weather is bad or it is not suitable to continue the event due to safety concerns, the event will be cancelled on site and the refund will be made after deducting the insurance fee of 100 yuan per person.
