Taipei's outdoor rock climbing sites are especially recommended: Northeast Coast Longdong and Beitou Dapaoyan. These two natural rock climbing sites offer a completely different experience from indoor venues! With no artificial holds or color markings, simply the purest four-sided sandstone and basalt terrain will challenge your climbing skills and strength.

[Booking Information]
．The Taipei Outdoor Rock Climbing Experience is suitable for youth aged 12 and above. Minors aged 12-18 must be accompanied by a parent at all times. If a school group is participating, parental consent must be obtained.
．This activity involves free climbing, which consumes a lot of energy. It is suitable for those who enjoy sports and the outdoors. The most important thing is to develop the courage to challenge heights and the skill to use both hands and feet.
．Please ensure that you are in good health. Those with heart disease, high blood pressure, or pregnant women are not suitable for this experience and should not sign up for the Taipei Outdoor Rock Climbing Experience.
．If you have acute or chronic medical conditions, please consult your doctor before participating.

[Event Description]
． The rock climbing experience takes place outdoors and has no public restrooms. Please seek out public restrooms as soon as possible during your trip.

The rock climbing experience may be adjusted based on the individual conditions of each participant and weather conditions, and this will not be considered a refund.

Refunds will not be given for unexpected weather changes, safety concerns, or personal reasons.

Due to varying physical conditions, you may experience discomfort. No refunds will be given for personal reasons.

Please follow the instructions of the team leader and instructor, demonstrate teamwork and support your teammates, and refrain from wandering off on your own.

The Taipei outdoor rock climbing experience will be canceled in the event of rain. We will confirm the tour's availability at least one day prior to departure. If you receive notification from the company that the weather is unsuitable for the tour, you may choose to postpone or refund the tour.

If the on-site instructor determines that the event is canceled due to safety concerns after arriving at the event site on the day of the experience, a refund will be made after deducting a NT$100 per person fee for personnel and administrative processing and insurance.

Event-related images, including photos and videos, may be used for promotional purposes by the company and its partner platforms. If you disagree with their use, please notify the company via email or official communication.

Tour Pricing

The cost includes:

- Professional instructor: 1:5 instructors per person
- Pre-event orientation and instruction
- Complete climbing equipment: Personal rock climbing helmet, harness, gloves
- Activity uniforms: Climbing main rope, throw line set, carabiner, etc.
- Activity photography and documentation
- Personal insurance (NT$2 million accident insurance/NT$200,000 medical insurance)

The cost does not include:

Any expenses not specified in this activity, any self-funded expenses or any expenses incurred during the itinerary

Cancellation Clauses

Cancellations made 15 days prior to the start of the trip will receive a full refund.

Cancellations made 8-14 days (including the 8th day) prior to the start of the trip will incur a 50% handling fee.

Cancellations made 0-7 days prior to the start of the trip will not be refunded.

If the event is affected by force majeure (e.g., typhoon warnings, heavy rain alerts, etc.), the organizer will determine whether to cancel the event. A 10% handling fee will be deducted for the refund. Alternatively, the event may be rescheduled to a later date, in which case no refund will be made.

Rescheduling requests due to personal reasons will be deemed cancellations and will be handled in accordance with the cancellation policy outlined above.

If participation is terminated due to reasons not attributable to the organizer, no refund will be given.
