The "Food Education Cool Park" was conceived after extensive discussions and brainstorming, attempting to combine Yilan's production environment and conditions with food and agricultural education and local tourism to create a sustainable force for local support. The concept of "cool" comes from the Italian word "FICO," and the full name is FABBRICA "Yilan" Contadina, which stands for "Yilan Farm. Food Factory." This project, through the renovation of an agricultural production center, aims to transform Yilan into a theme park with "food" as a reference. The FICO concept reflects Yilan's rich heritage of Taiwan's agricultural and fishery industries, characterized by a small but highly diverse production. Through the Food Education Cool Park, consumers are encouraged to support local development and experience Yilan's artisans and fine ingredients.
