This website (the “Website”) and third-party websites cooperating with us (the “Third-party Websites”) provide travel information and itinerary content. When you access or use the Website via any device or transmission method to obtain services or place orders, the rights and obligations between you and the Company are governed by these Terms of Service and the related policies and terms. By visiting, browsing, or booking through the Website, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and related policies. Other policies posted on the Website form part of our service rules. Unless otherwise required by law, we may amend these Terms from time to time; the latest version supersedes prior versions. If you disagree with these Terms, you should immediately stop using the Website.
1. Tripbaa provides a travel-commerce platform. Consumers may browse the Website and book products or services offered by Suppliers or Service Providers.
2. Information on the Website is based on data provided by Suppliers/Service Providers, who are solely responsible for accuracy and updates (including prices, availability, content, images, booking and departure conditions, and other information).
3. If search results show no availability for a specific product, it means no slots remain via the Tripbaa platform for that Supplier/Service Provider.
4. Tripbaa is not liable for errors beyond our direct control, including input errors or interruptions caused by maintenance, upgrades, hardware/software failures, or other temporary/partial outages.
1. By ordering via the Website, you agree to pay the listed price, accept the booked items, and comply with all applicable terms (including cancellation terms and notes).
2. Booking is complete only after successful payment and completion of participant information. A confirmation email will be sent and the order will enter processing. Typically within three business days we confirm whether the order can be accepted; changes will be notified. Group formation status and pre-departure reminders will be emailed. Once a group is confirmed, a binding contract is formed.
1. You must have full legal capacity (or proper guardian consent where required) to enter into a binding transaction.
2. Market or environmental factors may render information inaccurate or outdated. Tripbaa may assist as an intermediary between you and the Supplier/Service Provider.
3. By booking, you warrant you are not subject to sanctions, restrictions, or entry/exit prohibitions by Taiwan or any country visited or transited.
4. Tripbaa may refuse a booking at its sole discretion, including but not limited to legality concerns, Supplier/Service Provider cancellation, breach of Terms, force majeure (e.g., disasters, war, epidemics, strikes, embargoes, sanctions), suspected fraud/theft, criminal suspicion, suspicious booking, misleading or incorrect information, payment issues, misconduct, threats, insults, violence, refusal to provide information, obvious error (see below), or government/international blacklist, etc.
5. If Tripbaa refuses or cancels a booking after receiving payment, all amounts received for that booking will be refunded.
6. Tripbaa may cancel/refuse a booking due to a “manifest error” (e.g., pricing mistakes). Any paid amounts will be fully refunded. Whether to cancel/refuse on this ground is at Tripbaa’s discretion.
7. Tripbaa may reject suspicious group bookings due to common Service Provider limits on group reservations.
8. When you follow a redirect to other sites, you leave the Website and assume responsibility for use of Third-party Websites.
9. If any clause herein is invalid in whole or in part, the remaining provisions remain effective.
1. All content (including software, products, services, information, documents, and related graphics) is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Tripbaa only auto-transcodes or links content and makes no representations or warranties—express or implied—regarding operation, information, content, or materials of original sites.
2. Tripbaa is not responsible for failures due to server errors, misrouting or retransmission, network failures, interrupted transmission or receipt of bookings, viruses, or other technical defects.
3. We take reasonable measures but do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, authenticity, or timeliness of all information.
4. Tripbaa does not own, operate, manage, or control services provided by Suppliers or Service Providers.
5. Tripbaa may change, delay, terminate the Website and/or any part thereof, and/or restrict consumer rights to use any (part of) the Website at any time. Even after termination, you remain bound by these Terms (including your warranties).
6. These Terms may not apply to separate commercial agreements between the Company and certain Suppliers/Service Providers.
7. Tripbaa is a Taiwan tax entity and may issue only local travel agency receipts (代收代付收據) within the R.O.C. for bookings via this Website.
8. We may amend these Terms at any time by posting a revised version on the Website. The latest version supersedes prior versions.

You shall not, without authorization: directly or indirectly link/scrape/copy Website content for any commercial or personal purpose; use Website content for unauthorized commercial use; place speculative, erroneous, or fraudulent orders; use robots, spiders, scrapers, or other automated/manual means to access, monitor, or copy content; violate or bypass access/robots exclusions; overload or disrupt infrastructure; deep link except permitted purchase paths; frame/mirror any part of the Website; post unauthorized announcements/broadcasts; post violent, obscene, pornographic, indecent, inflammatory, defamatory, hateful, discriminatory, insulting, threatening, or otherwise objectionable content; post links infringing reputation; post content infringing IP or privacy rights; impersonate others or misrepresent identity; forge identifiers or obscure message origins; harm or interfere with other users’ devices or telecom equipment; hack or attempt unauthorized access; harvest information (including email addresses); or use commercial hyperlinks to pages other than the homepage without written consent.
2. Tripbaa may: allow limited, non-public, private access; refuse service or blacklist users temporarily/permanently; refrain from granting rights on sites beyond our control; assert ownership of content and infrastructure (by Tripbaa/Suppliers/Service Providers) and require good-faith lawful inquiries/bookings; refuse speculative/test/fraudulent bookings; and bar blacklisted users from reaccessing under other identities.
1. Unless specified, displayed prices cover reservation only and require meeting set dates and minimum headcounts. Before final confirmation, the total payable amount is shown; review each step carefully and you may discontinue before the final confirmation page. Unless stated, prices typically exclude lodging, transfers, or meals. Mandatory/local taxes or fees (e.g., tourist/environmental taxes) payable directly to providers may apply. Check each product page for fee details.
2. For convenience, prices may be shown in various currencies for reference. Settlement occurs in the Website’s base currency; your card issuer sets the actual exchange rate and may charge exchange and/or handling fees beyond Tripbaa’s control. The currency/amount shown at checkout is the amount we charge. If using Alipay or UnionPay, payment is made in CNY; any USD shown in parentheses is for reference only.
3. Where applicable by law, you are responsible for taxes, withholdings, and obligations in the country of travel.
4. For domestic (Taiwan) supplies/imports, VAT is levied and included in sale prices; for foreign Supplier/Service Provider products, the Website price shall prevail.
You shall provide accurate email, mailing, and/or other contact details and agree that Tripbaa may use such information when necessary. Please review our Privacy Policy.
1. You agree to provide accurate payment information. A booking is confirmed only after receiving two notices: (i) payment success, and (ii) group confirmation or voucher issuance.
2. Tripbaa will charge the full amount after payment confirmation. Review non-refundable/non-cancellable terms before ordering. If your card cannot be charged on the charge date, the booking will be auto-cancelled unless paid within the required time. Refunds (when applicable) will be processed within a reasonable time. We use SSL to protect data in transit.
3. You acknowledge potential unauthorized card use and shall notify your issuing bank immediately in case of fraud/unauthorized use. If you suspect unauthorized or fraudulent booking on Tripbaa using your card, contact our customer service immediately.
4. You warrant ownership/authorization for the card used and sufficient funds for the transaction. You are responsible for all transactions made in your name/account.
5. Tripbaa may refuse certain cards and may add or remove payment methods. We may securely store card data subject to the Privacy Policy.
6. We employ strict fraud detection/prevention. During verification, products may sell out; in such cases the booking becomes invalid without liability to Tripbaa. Additional information you provide for verification will be encrypted and handled per industry standards. Failure to provide required information or failure to meet process standards will result in automatic cancellation.
1. By booking, you also agree to the Company’s and the Service Provider’s conditions, including cancellation, notes, no-show handling, and applicable supplemental terms. See each product page’s “Important Notes” and “Cancellation Policy”. Cancellation/no-show may result in fees up to the full price. Read the Service Provider’s rules before booking. If you fail to arrive at the meeting point on time without prior notice, the provider may cancel and charge full price. Tripbaa reserves the right to charge cancellation fees as displayed on the Website. Review all notes and cancellation details before booking.
2. For special needs (e.g., accessible transport), contact Tripbaa or the provider in advance. All special requests are subject to availability and are not guaranteed. If raised after confirmation and cannot be met, refunds will follow the applicable cancellation policy.
1. Without authorization from the Company, you may not use any text/images, trademarks, patents, or other IP on the Website.
2. “Tripbaa” and “Tripbaa 趣吧” are registered trademarks of the Company. Any identical/similar words, symbols, colors, or combinations used beyond authorized scope may infringe our rights; unauthorized bundling or dilution constitutes breach or infringement and may give rise to damages.
3. All images, photos, animations, audio, videos, and design are protected by copyright. Without permission from the Company and the relevant rightsholder, reproduction, distribution, adaptation, or public transmission is prohibited. The Company relies on Supplier representations and has no duty to verify third-party IP; the Company is not liable for third-party IP infringements. Upon suspicion of infringement, the Company may suspend use or links per internal procedures.
4. If you believe your IP is infringed, you may file a written complaint including: name/address of the claimant; proof of ownership/authorization; a Taiwan service address (and a statement if you are not resident in Taiwan); contact details (phone, fax if any, email); sufficient details to identify the copyrighted work; sufficient details to locate the allegedly infringing electronic document (including its online location); a statement requesting removal or disabling access; a good-faith statement of infringement; and a statement that the notice is accurate.
1. After booking, you agree to receive booking messages (email/SMS) and, after completion, invitations to submit a review. You may choose whether to submit a review.
2. Vouchers and review invitations are part of the booking process and are not ordinary advertisements; you cannot opt out of receiving them (see the Privacy Policy). You may choose not to submit a review.
3. Submitted reviews may be posted on the relevant product page to inform (potential) consumers of service quality.
4. After de-identification of your name/photo, Tripbaa may use review content perpetually, freely, and assignably.
5. Tripbaa may translate, edit, adjust, refuse, or delete reviews at its discretion.
6. By using the Website, you are responsible for your public content; it must be accurate, non-misleading, lawful, and non-infringing.
7. You must not provide or link state secrets or unlawful content. Tripbaa may delete, edit, modify, block, or refuse content where appropriate.
8. To delete your personal data, you must expressly request deletion (e.g., cookies, IP address, device ID, social activity records). Otherwise, Tripbaa will retain and safeguard such data.
1. You warrant the accuracy and completeness of booking information provided (which may include insurance data, contacts, pickup/drop-off addresses for charter services, and equipment requirements). Failure to submit within the required time may result in automatic cancellation.
2. Tripbaa may request further information or evidence for identity verification and booking confirmation.
1. You are responsible for holding a valid passport and complying with entry requirements of destination countries, including visa fees and procedures. The Company is not responsible for disputes or performance issues arising from visa/passport validity.
2. You are responsible for temporary changes due to visa/health measures and should consult consulates before departure.
3. We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance (e.g., inconvenience/medical). The Company is not responsible for medical incidents abroad or repatriation arrangements.
To the extent permitted by law, Tripbaa and its officers, directors, employees, representatives, resellers, suppliers, licensors, agents, and any parties involved in operating or providing the Website and content are not liable for any damages or losses suffered by any person/entity arising from: (i) unauthorized access to or tampering with Website/personal data or transmission outside the Website; (ii) Service Providers’ failure to provide services, cancellations, or overbooking; (iii) errors/inaccuracies in Website content or information (including prices, availability, reviews), software, products, services, or graphics; (iv) property loss due to viruses or harmful components while visiting the Website or linked sites; (v) use or inability to use the Website, its information, products, or services; (vi) any injury, death, property loss, or other damages caused by Service Providers (including their personnel or affiliates); (vii) force majeure (including natural disasters, weather, fire, nuclear events, EMP, terrorism, riots, war, arson, rebellion, hostilities, labor disputes, lockouts, strikes, component shortages, government acts/restrictions, equipment failures, connectivity/system outages, network/communications interruptions, quarantines, epidemics, pandemics); (viii) additional expenses, negligence, delays, rerouting, or government actions; and (ix) Service Providers’ breach of conditions or warranties (including implied merchantability/fitness) or other unethical/tortious conduct.
1. Coupons (promo codes) are single-use. Once applied to a booking, they are non-returnable and non-refundable, even upon refund of the booking.
2. The Company may refuse discounts in cases of misuse or abuse and may reject related bookings.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Taiwan and interpreted in Traditional Chinese. In case of disputes unresolved by good-faith negotiation, the parties agree that the Taipei District Court, Taiwan, shall have jurisdiction as the court of first instance.
