II. Cruise Reservation Changes, Cancellations, and Penalties

1. Responsibility for Cancellation of the Cruise Portion (Statement) by Party A (Passenger) Before the Commencement of the Tour (hereinafter referred to as "Cancellation"):

1. The following cancellation fee will be calculated based on the number of days Party A notifies you of the cancellation prior to the commencement of the tour and the total amount of the staterooms to be cancelled:

   (1) If Party A cancels more than 90 days before the start of the tour, Party B will be charged the full deposit as a cancellation fee.

  (2) If Party A cancels more than 89-57 days before the start of the tour, Party B will be charged 30% of Party A's full cabin fee as a cancellation fee.

When calculating the cancellation fee in the above manner, if the cancellation fee is less than the full deposit, Party A's cancellation fee will still be calculated based on the full deposit.

2. If Party A changes or cancels a reservation, it must notify the other party in writing, clearly indicating the date and details. Notification by phone or verbal will be invalid.

3. If a national or international holiday occurs, Party A must notify the other party in advance to comply with international cruise line cancellation date calculation regulations.

5. If Party A disembarks from the ship for any reason and does not complete the entire voyage, Party B shall not be entitled to any refund from Party B.

6. After departure, Party A must always ensure personal safety and the safekeeping of property. If Party A suffers any bodily or property damage during the voyage due to reasons not attributable to Party B or the shipping company, all related expenses will be borne by Party A.
