The house can comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests, making it ideal for group trips and family vacations.
Unlike a hotel, this house offers a spacious and flexible private space where you can spend quality time with your loved ones.

Near the property is Ario Sapporo, a popular large shopping mall.
There are many restaurants inside, so you will have no trouble finding places to eat.
There is also a large supermarket, making it convenient for buying groceries and ingredients.

There is 1 bathroom with a bathtub, 1 shower room, and 2 toilets with washlet functions.
A washer-dryer is also available.

Panel heaters and air conditioning are installed in the living room and all bedrooms.
The panel heaters keep the rooms comfortable in winter, and the air conditioning makes the rooms comfortable in summer.
Please note that panel heaters cannot be used from May to October.

The IH kitchen does not use an open flame, allowing guests to cook safely and easily.

A large 75-inch smart TV is installed in the living room.
Guests can enjoy various streaming services on the big screen using their own accounts.
Please log in with your own account for each streaming service.

Each bedroom has a bedside table and lamp.
Power outlets are also available, so you can charge your smartphone and keep your belongings nearby while you relax.

Parking

Two wagon-type cars can be parked side by side on the property.
The parking space is equipped with road heating, allowing you to depart smoothly even in winter.
This is convenient for groups traveling with multiple guests.

Bath Towels and Bed Linens

Bath towels and bed linens are prepared only for the number of registered guests.
A washer-dryer is available for your use.
Please note that we do not provide towel replenishment or replacement during your stay. Please use the washing machine provided in the property.

All rooms have windows, creating a bright and open atmosphere.
The dining area in particular has large windows in several places, providing a bright and spacious dining space.

Cleaning

After every guest checks out, the house is professionally cleaned.
Bed sheets, towels, and linens are replaced with clean ones every time.

Smooth self check-in is available with an electronic keypad lock.
After 3:00 PM, guests can check in freely according to their travel plans.
