- Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the entire property (including balconies and areas around outdoor structures). Violators will be charged a cleaning fee.

- To maintain cleanliness and prevent attracting ants and cockroaches, eating and drinking are prohibited in guest rooms.

- As an eco-friendly accommodation, extended stays will not be cleaned; only garbage collection assistance will be provided (please inform us in advance if you require housekeeping assistance).

- We respect the different preferences of all guests and do not allow pets (including in public areas).

- We do not provide: disposable toiletries, including toothbrush, toothpaste, comb, razor, cotton swabs, shower cap, etc.

- We provide: large bath towel, small hand towel, shampoo, and shower gel.

- Before booking, please double-check your expected check-in date, room type, itinerary, and number of guests to ensure they are correct. Please do not exceed the occupancy limit for that room type and itinerary. (If there are any objections, the property owner reserves the right to refuse check-in or charge additional fees.)

- Indoor slippers provided by the guesthouse are for indoor use only; please do not wear them outdoors.

- The first-floor kitchen is for the owners' use and is not open to the public; the fourth floor is private space and should not be entered.
