Important Notes
【Intimate service】
■ A security deposit of NT$3,000 is required for the use of the barbecue venue and kitchen. After use, the environment must be cleaned up and there are no people smoking or taking drugs in the room. The security deposit will be refunded in full. Thank you for your cooperation.
■ Provide barbecue venues and order barbecue ingredients. Barbecue venues can provide: barbecue grills, barbecue stoves
■ Provide exclusive parking space
■ If you need to use singing equipment (KTV), please inform in advance when booking the room, and a rental fee of NT$1000/night is required.
■ Pets are allowed to stay, and a cleaning fee is required (small size, under 3 kg, NT$300/day; medium size, under 5 kg, NT$500/day)
． Carrying pets must abide by the rules of loving pets: pets need to bring their own grain diapers and changing pads, they cannot go on the sofa & bed, and they cannot defecate at will. If the housekeeper finds out that they may charge more cleaning fees, please be sure to manage and abide by the pet dog. For large dogs, please bring your own cage or leash.
■ Common living room (LCD TV, TV channels)
■ The kitchen can be used, only cooking without oil fume
． Pots, pans, tableware, and electric cookers can be borrowed. Please clean and put them back after use, thank you.
． Provide public large refrigerators (used to freeze simple ingredients or souvenirs)
． Provide public hot and cold water dispensers, coffee machines, kettles, tea sets, and tea cups
■ Provide mahjong tables and mahjong supplies
■ Luggage can be left early (please inform in advance)
■ Provide free wireless WIFI Internet access
■ Local travel consultation, one-way pick-up service (free of charge), limited to Hualien Railway Station or Hualien Transit Station→B&B (no pick-up to other places)
■ Please note in advance that you need to make an appointment for the pick-up service, and provide the date of stay, boarding time, location (train station or transfer station) and the number of people; the pick-up is limited to 2 to 6 people (the number of passengers depends on the vehicle provided by the hotel, and the reservation Please confirm with the homestay later, thank you).
【Accommodation Rules】
■ Check-in time: after 15:00 on the same day.
． If you check in after 18:00, please make a note at the time of booking. If you do not reserve the room after that time, you will be refunded.
． 30 minutes before check-in, please call in advance to avoid passengers needing to wait outside.
． If you cannot check in within the specified time due to possible delays in your itinerary, please confirm with the hostel in advance by phone.
■ Check-out time: before 11:00 am the next day
． When checking out, be sure to return the door key; when leaving the room, please turn off the air conditioner and power supply first.
■ Explanation of extra person fee: NT$700 for one extra person regardless of age, including equipment and extra sofa bed.
■ Please present your ID card when checking in for registration.
■ Please check in according to the agreed number of people on the day. If there is any increase or decrease in the number of people or the number of rooms, please make a note in advance when making a reservation.
■ For continuing guests, the homestay does not take the initiative to provide replacement towels or bath towels, please inform us if you need to change them.
■ The B&B does not provide breakfast (you have to take care of yourself).
■ This B&B is subject to the Smoking Hazard Prevention Act, and smoking is prohibited indoors (including public spaces and rooms).
■ In order to maintain the quality of accommodation, illegal behaviors such as partying, drug use, betel nut chewing, alcoholism, and gambling are strictly prohibited in the house. If found, they will be reported to the police.
■ Do not use dangerous items such as gas stoves or induction cookers in the room, and please turn off the lights and save water.
■ Please do not damage the items in the house. If you find any damage or loss when you check out, you will be required to pay the price for compensation.
■ Please keep your voice soft after ten o'clock in the evening, and respect each other's tranquility in the accommodation space.
■ Please take good care of your personal valuables. We will not be responsible for any loss. Please forgive me.
■ Please let us know if there is any lack of service, thank you for your cooperation, and wish you a safe and smooth journey.
■ Smoking and drug use are completely prohibited in the homestay, including the living room, kitchen, room and bathroom.
■ Please do not make noise or use karaoke after 10:00 pm, so as not to affect the peace of the neighbors and maintain the quality of accommodation.
■ For accommodation services, will be charged. After use, the environment will be cleaned up, , the security deposit will be refunded in full, thank you for your cooperation.
