■ Age & Fee Policies
•Main Guest Requirement: The person making the reservation must be at least 18 years old. A valid photo ID or passport is required upon check-in.
•Third-Party Bookings: If the actual guest staying is not the person who made the booking, please inform us in advance to facilitate registration.
•Child Policy: To maintain accommodation quality and safety, we only welcome children aged 7 and above.
•Guest Capacity: Please arrive with the exact number of guests specified in your booking. Extra bed service is not available.
•Room Change Fee: For consecutive-night stays, any room change requested due to personal reasons is subject to availability and will incur an additional cleaning fee of TWD 1,300.
■ Important Accommodation Rules
•Minimum Stay Requirement: To maintain overall stay quality, a minimum stay of 2 nights is required for all bookings from April to October.
•Strictly Non-Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the entire property (including bathrooms and balconies). There are no outdoor smoking areas available.
•No Pets Allowed: Pets are not permitted on the premises.
•Eco-Friendly Amenities: In line with sustainability, single-use/disposable toiletries are not proactively provided.
•No Whole-House Rentals: We do not offer whole-house rental services. Please note that the B&B staff also resides on the property.
•Accessibility Notice: Please be aware before booking that the property does not have an elevator or barrier-free (accessible) facilities.
•Security & Visitor Policy: For the safety and security of our guests, surveillance cameras are installed at the main entrance and in the 1st-floor common areas. Outside visitors are strictly prohibited from entering the property.

Q: How can I tell whether my booking has been confirmed and completed?

All refunds resulting from cancellations or early check-out, provided they meet the refund conditions, will be processed to the original payment method you used (including: credit card, LINE PAY). Refunds are handled manually and do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays. Credit card refunds typically take approximately 3–14 business days to be returned to your original card, subject to the processing time of the issuing bank. For e-wallets or other payment methods, actual refund timing follows the respective payment provider’s refund procedures.

Tripbaa will, within 3–14 business days after check-out, issue an agency electronic receipt in accordance with the Ministry of Finance notice (Tai Cai Shui No. 821481937 dated March 27, Year 82). A uniform invoice will not be separately issued. The receipt will be sent by email to your member inbox.

※ As receipts are auto-generated by the system, only one receipt can be issued per order; multiple receipts cannot be requested. If you require separate receipts, please place separate orders.
※ By law, once a receipt/invoice is issued it cannot be altered or reissued to a different uniform invoice number.
※ In case of itinerary changes or cancellations, to expedite refund processing you authorize Tripbaa to handle issuance of sales return or credit note documentation on your behalf.
