1. To maintain the quality of the accommodation, please stay according to the booked number of guests. If you need extra guests, please notify us in advance. 5. Only one group is allowed per room at a time; you will not share the space with other guests.

6. During your stay, if you suffer serious injury or accidents, you are responsible for yourself.

7. This is an apartment, not a hotel. Please understand there is no concierge service.

8. Smoking is strictly prohibited. If smoking is detected, a compensation fee of at least 300,000 yen will be charged.

9. The accommodation is located in a residential area. Please keep noise to a minimum. No parties or noisy activities are allowed. After 8 PM, please lower the volume to avoid disturbing others.

10. No excessive drinking, betel nut chewing, firecrackers, cooking, barbecuing, illegal parties, drug use, or other illegal activities. If found, police will be notified.

11. Furniture, appliances, decorations, and utensils inside the property belong to the accommodation. Please compensate for any damage or loss. If anything is broken or unusable, please notify us promptly so we can prepare for the next guests.

12. When going out, please lock the door and turn off lights, air conditioning, and other appliances.

13. To support environmental protection, please bring your own toiletries.

14. Please take care of your valuables. We are not responsible for any loss. Thank you for your understanding.

15. Please remove your shoes when entering the room.

16. Do not disturb neighbors. Do not take photos or enter neighboring apartments or houses.
