1. Facility Use
1-1. Staff office hours are 9:00-18:00.
1-2. Smoking is prohibited in all areas except designated smoking areas.
1-3. If smoking (including e-cigarettes) is found in the guest room, a special cleaning fee of 50,000 yen and room damage compensation will be charged.
*Including cases where cigarette butts are found or multiple staff members smell smoke.
1-4. Guests arriving by car, please use the guest-only parking lot.
1-5. Please do not leave valuables in your car. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen items.
1-6. Please do not enter any area outside the business premises of this facility without permission.

2. About the guest rooms
2-1. Please lock your room during your stay.
2-2. Do not use fire for heating, cooking, lighting candles, etc., or any other behavior that may cause a fire.
2-3. No guests other than registered guests will be allowed to stay overnight.
2-4. Do not use the guest rooms for any purpose other than accommodation.
2-5. Do not receive visitors in the room.
2-6. Minors must obtain the consent of their guardians when staying alone.
2-7. Do not move equipment or use it for purposes other than its intended purpose.
2-8. If the building, furniture, equipment, etc. is damaged, soiled, or lost, you may be required to bear the actual loss costs.
2-9. Room cleaning service is not provided for guests staying consecutively. However, for hygiene reasons, we will provide cleaning service every three days.
2-10. Cleaning can be performed at any time if the facility deems it necessary.
2-11. If any equipment is soiled due to vomit, excrement, bleeding, hair dye, etc., please inform the staff. If the stain cannot be removed, we will charge the actual cleaning fee.
2-12. Please do not make loud noises or leave the door open.
2-13. Please do not jump or run in the room.
2-14. Please always bring your room key with you when you go out and make sure that you lock the room.
2-15. Please leave your key in the room when you check out.
2-16. If you lose your key, we will charge 20,000 yen for the cost of replacing the key and the cost of making a new key.
2-17. Valuables are not accepted at the front desk. There is no safe in the room.

3. Payment method
3-1. If you incur additional expenses during your stay, we may charge you for each expense.

4. Prohibited behavior
