【June June House｜House Rules & Terms】
To ensure a comfortable stay and protect the rights of both guests and the property, please read the following house rules carefully before check-in. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us in advance. We will be happy to assist you.
June June House accommodates 2–14 guests.
Private room bookings, exclusive-floor stays, and whole-house bookings are available. Please contact us for details.
【House Rules】
1. Visitors
Only registered guests included in the reservation are permitted to enter and use the property.
Visitors who are not included in the reservation are not permitted to enter, visit, stay, or use any guest rooms or shared areas.
2. Eco-Friendly Policy
To reduce unnecessary waste, bottled water and disposable toiletries are not automatically provided.
We encourage guests to bring their own reusable water bottles and personal toiletries and join us in supporting more sustainable travel.
3. Meals
June June House does not provide breakfast or other meal services.
Tainan is famous for its food from morning until late at night, and guests are welcome to bring local dishes and takeaway food back to enjoy at the kitchen island and large dining table on the first floor.
4. Housekeeping During Your Stay
Daily housekeeping and daily replacement of amenities are not provided for consecutive-night stays.
If you require replacement towels, bath towels, bed linens, additional pillows, or extra blankets, please request them before check-in. Additional charges may apply according to the booking platform or on-site policy.
5. Number of Guests
The number of guests staying at the property must match the number stated in the reservation.
Additional guests or unregistered visitors are not permitted without prior approval.
If you wish to add guests to your reservation, please contact us before check-in and complete the applicable payment arrangements in advance.
6. Safety, CCTV & Property Layout
June June House is a multi-story private property with an elevator.
The building retains some split-level architectural features and includes marble flooring, stairs, an elevator, balconies, and multiple levels. Guests are kindly asked to pay attention when walking throughout the property and take appropriate care for their own safety.
For the safety and security of guests and the property, CCTV cameras are installed in certain common and exterior access areas, including the garage, entrance, and elevator access areas.
CCTV is used solely for safety and property management purposes.
There are no cameras inside guest rooms, bathrooms, or other private areas.
7. No-Smoking Policy
Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the entire property, including all indoor areas, terraces, balconies, and the garage.
If smoking occurs in a prohibited area, an additional cleaning charge will apply. The charge will be calculated based on the official whole-house rate for an 8-person stay.
【Check-in & Check-out】
8. Check-in
Check-in is available after 3:00 PM.
June June House operates with self check-in. Before arrival, guests will receive instructions for the electronic door lock together with complete check-in information.
If you expect to arrive after 10:00 PM, please notify us in advance.
9. Check-out
Check-out is by 11:00 AM.
Late check-out will be charged at NT$600 for every 30 minutes.
Housekeeping staff will enter the property after 11:00 AM on the day of departure to prepare the accommodation for the next guests.
10. Check-out Procedure
Before leaving, please:
Turn off the air conditioning, lights, and all electrical appliances.
Make sure all doors are properly locked.
Send us a message once you have completed check-out.
11. Quiet Hours
Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
During this time, please keep noise to a minimum in all areas, including common spaces, stairways, elevator access areas, balconies, and the garage.
Loud gatherings, high-volume music, barbecues, singing/karaoke, mahjong, or other activities that may disturb our neighbors are not permitted.
If a guest's behavior results in complaints, fines, penalties, or legal liability, the person who made the reservation and the individuals involved will be responsible for the resulting consequences and costs. June June House will not assume joint liability for violations caused by guests.
If you are unable to comply with our quiet-hours policy, please do not make a reservation.
【Children】
12. Private Room Bookings
For private room bookings, common areas may be shared with other guests.
For this reason, private room reservations are limited to two guests aged 12 or above.
Extra beds are not available for private room bookings, and children under the age of 12 cannot be accommodated under this booking type.
13. Whole-House Bookings
For a whole-house booking, the entire property is reserved exclusively for one group.
There is no age restriction for whole-house stays, and families traveling with children are welcome.
If your group includes children under the age of 6, please inform us of their ages and the number of children before making your reservation.
June June House retains the multi-level layout typical of a Tainan townhouse and includes marble flooring on the first floor, stairways, an elevator, balconies, and split-level areas.
Before arrival, we can provide photos of the space and relevant safety information so parents or guardians can determine whether the property is suitable for their children.
14. Children, Extra Guests & Extra Beds for Whole-House Stays
Children under 5 years old who do not require a separate bed stay free of charge.
If an extra bed or additional bedding is required, the fee is NT$500 per person, per night.
The extra bedding set includes:
Pillow
Duvet/blanket
Towel set
Additional floor mattress
Extra beds and additional bedding must be requested and confirmed before check-in.
15. Children's Equipment & Parental Responsibility
June June House does not provide baby cots, safety gates, high chairs, sterilizers, or other baby/child equipment.
Parents and guardians are responsible for bringing any necessary items and assessing whether the property is suitable for their children before booking.
Children must remain under the supervision of a parent or guardian throughout the stay.
If any furniture, facilities, equipment, linens, or amenities are damaged due to improper use, guests will be responsible for the actual cost of repair or replacement.
【Additional Guests for Whole-House Bookings】
16. Occupancy Limit & Additional Guests
June June House is designed to provide the most comfortable whole-house experience for up to 12 guests.
With additional bedding, the property can accommodate a maximum of 14 guests.
Requests for additional guests must be made and confirmed before check-in. We are unable to accept unannounced additional guests upon arrival.
For the 13th and 14th guests, additional floor mattresses will be provided.
The exact bedding arrangement will be confirmed before check-in.
【Commercial Use】
17. Commercial Activities
Any commercial use of the property requires prior application and approval.
This includes, but is not limited to:
Commercial photography or filming
Livestreaming
Advertising or marketing activities
Product placement
Brand collaborations
Promotional content creation
Other commercial activities
If commercial activities are carried out without prior permission, an additional one-day venue usage fee will be charged. The fee will be calculated based on the official whole-house rate for an 8-person stay listed on the June June House official website.
Cancellation policies will be handled according to the terms of the booking platform used or the applicable domestic accommodation booking regulations in Taiwan.
【Pet Policy & Guest Responsibility】
18. No Pets
June June House is not a pet-friendly accommodation.
Pets are not permitted anywhere on the property, including:
Guest rooms
Common areas
Garage
Outdoor balconies
If a guest arrives with a pet, June June House reserves the right to refuse or cancel the stay, and any payments already made will not be refunded.
19. Undeclared Pets
If an undeclared pet is found to have entered the property during a guest's stay, the following charges may apply:
1. Operational Compensation Fee
The fee will be calculated based on the official whole-house rate for an 8-person stay listed on the June June House official website.
2. Deep Cleaning Fee
If a pet has entered any indoor area, common area, garage, or balcony, professional deep cleaning may be required. The full cost will be charged to the guest.
3. Damage Compensation
If a pet causes damage to furniture, facilities, equipment, bedding, amenities, or any part of the property, the guest will be responsible for the full cost of repair or replacement based on the actual damage incurred.
