**Accommodation Rules**

We are unable to take phone calls. Please contact us via LINE or email. Check-in instructions will be provided in either Japanese or English.

2. **Accessibility Within the Property**
The first floor is accessible without the use of stairs, but please note that the bathroom and toilet are not equipped with barrier-free features such as handrails or step-free flooring. If you use a wheelchair or have concerns about mobility, we kindly ask for your understanding in advance.

3. **Policy for Minors**
Minors are not allowed to stay alone. However, they may stay if accompanied by a parent or guardian.

4. **No Pets Allowed**
Pets are strictly prohibited in the property. If pets are found inside, an additional cleaning fee may be charged. Thank you for your understanding.

5. **Luggage Storage**
As there is no on-site staff, we cannot offer luggage storage before check-in or after check-out. Please use coin lockers at Kojima Station or other nearby facilities.

6. **Informing Arrival Time**
Please inform us of your estimated arrival time preferably by the day before your stay, or at the latest on the day of check-in. As staff must travel from outside the property to meet you, your cooperation is appreciated to ensure smooth arrangements.

7. **Passport Information**
