For a dream~ and the dream finally came true, the long planning and execution gave birth to hope. In order to express the love of my parents, I combined the words of my last name to form "Xu Xu B&B".
The brand-new apartment is a self-contained suite. It is equipped with an exclusive elevator for tenants at a high cost, and uses electronic code locks for self-service check-in/check-out. Travelers can check in freely according to their own itinerary.

【Accommodation Rules】
■ The earliest check-in is 15:00 and the latest check-out is 11:00 (no breakfast provided). An additional charge of NT$1,000 will be charged for every half hour that exceeds the check-out time (in order to maintain the quality of the next guest's stay, we need one more person to clean up the environment every half hour).
■ In order to maintain the quality of accommodation, please check in according to the number of people in the room type. Please check in according to the agreed number of people on the day. If you need to add more people, please inform us in advance.
■ Due to consideration that some guests are allergic to animal fur, pets are not allowed. We apologize for any inconvenience. If you bring a pet without prior notification, the B&B reserves the right to refuse entry and no refund will be given.
■ Please keep your personal valuables properly. We will not be responsible if they are lost. We apologize.
■ In order to maintain the quality of the accommodation, smoking and betel nut are strictly prohibited indoors. It is also prohibited to bring pets or disturb the peace of neighbors. We apologize for any inconvenience caused. If the above situation occurs, violators will be charged an additional cleaning fee of NT$2,000. There are open areas for smoking downstairs in the B&B and on the balcony of the living room.
■ To protect the environment and the earth, please save energy. Please turn off the air conditioner and lights when going out. Also, be sure to lock the door.
■ In response to environmental protection and energy conservation, the room will not be cleaned and new bath towels will not be provided if you continue to stay. If there is garbage, please help put it in the large trash can next to the entrance on the first floor in the afternoon of the next day.
■Please bring your favorite toothbrush, toothpaste, and toiletries (shower gel + shampoo + towel + bath towel are provided) ~ The B&B provides a water dispenser.
■You can use the kitchen only for cooking without oil smoke (gas stoves and open flames are not allowed).
■Please fill in the guest check-in information (1 person/room) before checking out. To facilitate registration.
■ In order to maintain the accommodation environment, smoking, drinking, gambling, and partying and drug taking are strictly prohibited indoors and in the room. We apologize for any inconvenience.
■ Please do not bring pets. We apologize for any inconvenience.
■ Please keep your personal valuables properly. We will not be responsible if they are lost. We apologize.
■ To maintain the tranquility of your accommodation, please lower the volume after 10 pm and before 8:00 the next day so as not to disturb other guests.
■ The furniture, electrical appliances, furnishings, appliances, etc. in the house are all property of this property. If any items are damaged or lost, please compensate according to the price.
■ Please do not move indoor furnishings (such as beds, LCD TVs) arbitrarily.
