【Accommodation Rules】
■ Check-in time is 15:00~17:00 pm (please inform in advance if timeout exceeds); check-out is before 11:00 am the next day (please inform us 30 minutes before check-in, thank you!)
■ Late check-out (NT$500 per hour for single occupancy, NT$2,000 per hour for a private room), or if you have a temporary need to extend your stay, please inform the front desk staff in advance. If the room has already been booked by a tenant on that day, we cannot provide late check-out or Extended stay service. Please adhere to check-in/check-out times.
■ This B&B strictly prohibits pets from being brought into the room. They can be stored outside the house and a cleaning and disinfection fee of NT$300 will be charged. The owner must also pay attention to the hygiene of pets and the tranquility of the community.
■ Smoking and betel nuts are strictly prohibited indoors. Partying, drug use or illegal activities are strictly prohibited and will be reported to the police if known.
■ In order to provide a comfortable and beautiful living space, if there are furnishings and fragile items in the room facilities, please exercise self-restraint and pay attention to safety if you bring children.
■ The lights-out time on the first floor is exactly 10 p.m. If there are other activities, please do it in the room, but please do not make any noise to avoid causing inconvenience to other guests.
■ If you fail to comply with the regulations and cause stains or damage to items in the room, you will be required to pay cleaning fees or compensate for the original price.
■ Please remember to show your ID when checking in so that we can register. When registering, please also pay the balance.
■ In response to the government's energy conservation and carbon reduction, this B&B does not provide toiletries (only towels, bath towels, shampoo, and shower gel). Gambling, loud noises, and cooking are strictly prohibited in the room. Any of the above behaviors will cause damage to the equipment and house. Compensation is required according to price.
■ Please keep your personal valuables properly. The store will not be responsible for the storage.
■ Please base your reservation on the number of guests. It is prohibited to increase the number of guests without authorization. If the number of guests increases, please inform the hotel. Extra bed fees will be charged (please refer to the booking instructions for fees). If no notification is given, double the room price will be charged.
■ If you need barbecue, please inform us in advance. To maintain a clean environment, the store will charge a cleaning fee of NT$2,000.
■ Please keep the room card properly. If lost, you will be required to pay compensation (the cost is NT$500/card).
■ Free Wi-Fi is provided in the room.
■ If items are forgotten at the B&B, we need to send them back on your behalf. All items will be shipped via Black Cat Home Delivery.
■ If you book for more than 2 nights (inclusive), in order to protect the environment and prevent the loss of your valuables, there will be no replacement of sheets, quilts, pillowcases, large and small towels, footcloths, etc. during the extended stay, and no additional towels will be provided. Thanks! If you need to add bath towels, hand towels, step mats and mineral water, please contact the service staff, and you are welcome to bring your own toiletries.
■ If the furniture, electrical appliances, furnishings, appliances and other equipment in the museum are damaged or lost, please compensate according to the price.
■ To protect you and us, surveillance equipment is installed in the lobby and outdoors of the property.
